Don't go to this location unless you like poor quality food. My burger was overcooked and there was so much ketchup on it that it was falling apart. Also, the fries were oily and dark brown. I've went to this location a few times now and each time there was something wrong with the food. Extremely poor management going on here! They should be shut down!!! 😡

Went through your drive-through today we’re told we couldn’t get breakfast burritos. Your morning manager who came to the drive-through after I complained about it was very rude and said I didn’t mean I wasn’t sorry for being the way I was and I was sorry. The two girls in your drive-through who were ordertakers were very rude to. I think if you’re not gonna have something on your menu board what’s on your menu board? You should really take it off. next time I go to the drive-through this happened I am calling corporate. And I don’t know who was making your sandwiches on the back line, but they were really messy. You guys need to get a grip on your restaurant.

Stopped for ice cream after a softball game. The cones were delicious &the staff was pleasant. The dining area was clean & tidy.
Buyer Beware. If your desire is to be overcharged without ordering an upsell, by all means, come to this McDonald's. If you want to order food and not receive it, come to this McDonald's. If you want to get no apologies for bad service and get lied to about having them send you coupons to cover the missing food, come to this McDonald's. Had to wait 6 minutes for fresh strips. Worth every minute. Manager was polite and they made sure ALL of our food was fresh. Best McDonald's I had in years. People need to take notes. Also received free coupons for the wait.

I stopped at this McDonalds drive through on my lunch break yesterday. It took so long that I thought I was going to be late returning to work. Not exaggerating it was 10-15 mins waiting in the drive through. I'm not sure why and no one said anything, so I'll try them again some day to see if it happens again.

Was doing a delivery in Durand and I was famished, decided to just grab n go. They did an exceptional job. All items were correct, my fried items were crispy and golden perfection, the burger was neatly put together, wrapped perfectly. The entire experience just hit the spot.
