Food is priced extremely reasonably. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is very personable, and the food is SO good. Don't miss this one!!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has great prices, so when your kid inevitably doesn't eat the food you didn't just spend $10 on it.
Cozy cafe/diner atmosphere, and the food is very good with reasonable prices and doesn't take forever to get. I just had their bread pudding for the first time and you HAVE TO leave room for this! You get a BIG slab of the best bread pudding I've ever had (looked like 2 servings worth to me) with a tasty vanilla sauce on top. I will be ordering this again. Also had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was very good. I recommend Perkz.

Went to Durand for breakfast and antiquing. Breakfast was at Perz Cafe. Cute little place. The server was great. They had flowers at the table from local florist. Fun touch.They offer homemade syrup ? pancakes and french toast were good. Coffee was really good, and I always appreciated a vanilla creamer offered at the table. Also, we enjoyed listening to the regulars and small town chatter.
