Was cold inside (during winter) steak sandwich was horrible. Rest of our food was mediocre at best.. charged us gratuity.. find something else

We did not have food we sat at the bar 4 people. Everyone had 1 drink. Bloody Mary's are very good we always stop for cocktails with friends and guests from out of town. Got the bar tab at 80.00 for 4 drinks. After some questions we found out an auto gratuity is added on at the bar for large groups we had a part of four no food, 1 drink each. Nothing fancy. I was shocked. I have never been charged a gratuity at the bar for drinks , food yes, drinks never. The Bartender was great explained it all. Removed the gratuity. And I paid tip in Cash apparently they have to charge gratuity because customers stiff the wait staff and bartenders, as a past waitress /bartender in the northwoods I get it. Please remember to tip your wait staff people do better. Also gratuity is not always evident on your bill so ask for itemization.

Had dinner with friends last Thursday. I got the Steak Sandwich, let me tell you, it was not just tasty, it was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. The Chili is also delicious. I highly recommend Buckshots.

Nice staff but they got our pizza order wrong and then charged us extra for it because they said we had additional toppings. We tried to substitute jalapeños instead of black olives ( I'm allergic) and got upcharged $7 and then there were still black olives on our pizza which was slightly burnt. It was our first time to this establishment and will be our last.

Stopped in on our way to Bond Falls. The place was packed, but we quickly got a table. I ordered a cranberry mule and it was delicious! I got a second one, but I think that was actually the Cran-Apple, even better than the first! Garlic cheese curds were great. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, which was good, but I would probably get something else next time. My boyfriend got the brisket Reuben and he said it was amazing. Our server was a true gem - it was so busy, but she was very attentive and made conversation with us. She had two long days ahead and then was heading on a well-deserved vacation!

Great service! Carly was absolutely amazing. Our party of 10 was seated right away on a Friday evening and had friendly, fast service. Great fish fry and old fashioneds! Also loved the sweet potato fries and cheese curds.

We had a group of 7 adults. We were seated right away but on a small table. When a bigger table opened up, they moved us there, but that was like 30 minutes later. The menu was very small, not many choices. We ordered pizza, burgers, and shrimp dinner. The pizza was very good. Shrimp and French fries were very, very salty. Burgers were good. Waitress got 2 drinks wrong and took a bit to get another drink. Our first visit and we will give them another try, not time we are in Eagle River.
Amazing all the way around. The food was so good. They even special made a fish sandwich for my daughter. Bathroom is super clean. Bri.. with the long hair with hair tinsel in it. Was an absolute sweetheart. I’m the pictures below was a 2 pieces cod dinner with fries and my daughter had the fish sandwich with fries. Nice size portions. And the clam chowder is to die for
