Coffee is plain just the way I like it. BYO Sweet & Lo. Specialty baked goods you can't get at Kwik Trip. I had an almond snail. Very tasty. Ate it before I remembered to take a photo.

Kringle is made with sweet roll type dough vs layered and flat like a real kringle. Thought they were great last year but this year (2025) nowhere near right.

Called to order a cake and was asked to call back the following day. I followed up the next day only to be greeted with a foul attitude, stating they are not taking cake orders. Having ordered anniversary cakes the past couple of years for my parents, I was shocked at the lack of care for their customers. Sorry to bother the staff at Eagle Baking Company with an order request. Lesson learned, and I will never patronize the bakery again.

Just spoke with the OWNER of the bakery regarding ordering a cake for a birthday later this week and she could NOT have been ruder. Never mind. I'd rather pick up a pre-made cake at Trigs.

I will be a frequent flyer here! What a great experience! Went in to just check it out and was greeted with a friendly smile. There were rhubarb strawberry pies coming out of the oven and I was able to buy one to take home!! How lucky is that!!! Purchased a sour dough based cranberry walnut bread too with a huge cookie. Got to chat with the owner, Jo!! Super nice!

We recently ordered a wide variety of pastries from Eagle Baking for a business event. We were met with friendly service and so many choices. The rolls, danishes, kringles, and cookies were baked fresh and enjoyed by all! Very reasonable prices as well. Eagle Baking is a go-to when planning events!
From the sandwiches to the sweets, this place is well worth the stop if you’re traveling thru. The prices were fair and worth it for the quality of the products (we spent a lot because we wanted treats and sandwiches for the road). The ladies running the bakery were very kind. Overall it was a pleasant time and we enjoyed everything we got!
