We recently ordered a wide variety of pastries from Eagle Baking for a business event. We were met with friendly service and so many choices. The rolls, danishes, kringles, and cookies were baked fresh and enjoyed by all! Very reasonable prices as well. Eagle Baking is a go-to when planning events!

From the sandwiches to the sweets, this place is well worth the stop if you’re traveling thru. The prices were fair and worth it for the quality of the products (we spent a lot because we wanted treats and sandwiches for the road). The ladies running the bakery were very kind. Overall it was a pleasant time and we enjoyed everything we got!

Perfect example of shrinkflation. At least 30% smaller than the original Kringles yet the cost remains the same if not more. The original Kringle was the best in the state. What happened? These Kringles are no longer worth the calories.

A must stop if you’re anywhere near Eagle River while visiting the Northwoods. When I visit Crandon or Three Lakes, my friends and I make sure to visit Eagle Bakery (and Coffee, er…just a new name suggestion ?). The bakery is amazing and fresh and shows the time and dedication to quality. My friend took one bite of a cheese pastry and said “Someone was up early this morning making this, OMG!!”. Local bakeries like this are priceless. Let’s make sure this one remains!! Oh, the coffee was good too! Will be back!!
Oh my God the cannolis and eclairs are a diets worst enemy! (And yes that is a compliment)The cannolis are crispy and packed with delicious flavorful filling and plenty of mini chocolate chips.The eclairs are bursting with custard filling and covered with just the right amount of chocolate. The pastry is crisp, not soggy like you find in local grocery stores.
