Great pizza. Bartender is alright!
It is fun they have a good food and Brad is Amazing nice and so funny:
The bowling was fun. The bartender in the hawian looking shirt doesn’t acknowledge customers standing at the bar he just repeatedly walked past me and my sister-in-law. No tip for him but the guy that got me a box for my leftovers got $5 for just being willing to help.
Came in 08/31 to bowl a game or two. Place was pretty busy. Asked the guy behind the counter if we could have a lane away from a large group of teens. He said he could put us between 7-12. Asked for 7 and he put us at 10. This is not where we asked. He did not listen to us. Okay, great everything is fine.
Game started and everything was fine until it wasn't. The ball got stuck in the machine and wouldn't return. Our game stopped. I tried getting their attention multiple times to get it reset. No help at all. We spent more time trying to get them to fix the machine then we spent actually bowling.
Lady came to reset it and mentioned it was a pain with it being on our last frame. I agreed with her. The game reset and I was unable to bowl my final frame.
I was over bowling with the bad service and poor facilities. Did not play another game.
Same guy who gave me attitude at the beginning checked us out. I told him explicitly that I was unable to finish my game and it had reset. He printed out a summary of the game while demeaning me explained how bowling works. He did not take the opportunity to hear me out and instead treated me like a child.
I am not happy with how I was treated at this establishment. It's the worst customer service I've experienced in years. Their staff do not have people skills. They do not take the opportunity to hear both sides of the story.
I don't see myself returning.
Management, train your staff or fire them. You cannot run a successful business without having being customer centric.
Description of terrible employee: Male, 30s, black hair, short.
Great food. The pizza in particular stood out to us. The bar and restaurant area seemed very busy and the bartenders were incredible. The wait was a little long, but you just have to remember that the employees are doing so much at once. They were kind despite the stressful situation. Would come here again.
The staff is friendly, and the pizza is good
Clean, friendly staff. The pizzas were great!
Best pizza in the area!!
Best Gluten Free pizza in town
Good food, friendly staff, nice jukebox and deja-voodoo if coming from Minoqua.
Serves food relatively late compared to other area establishments. Always an eclectic mix of patronage. Pool table. Pizza is good.

The lane we were assigned to jammed after the first frame (an issue that they apparently knew about), so we were switched to the next lane over, which worked fine. The woman who checked us in was very nice, but the woman who rung me up for the games was not the nicest. It was $52 for 2 games with 4 people (2 adults and 2 young children) and 4 pairs of shoes, even though their website says $4 per game and $2 for shoes (which would equal $40). Also, the bathrooms were nasty and trashed, and the stall with the baby changing table was out of order and locked.
Good pizza
Gotta have the pizza
JILL & BRETT personally made my night better in a bar full of people. Act right, and you'll get treated right. Period.
Amazing Pizza 😋🍕
