Eagle River Roasters is a gem. Jayden and Caitlyn were friendly and gracious when a few weeks ago I got there with hubby about 2 minutes before closing after driving over 3 hours. We were served coffee and made to feel welcome despite the imminent closing time.

Very good coffee and most of the staff are nice, but the past couple of times I’ve been here the lady with the short hair has been extremely rude for no reason. It seems like we’re bothering her every time we order or stop by. The most recent time I went we said thanks for the coffee, and she slammed the drive through window without saying anything. Another time she said “they just keep coming” in a very derogatory way. I usually don’t leave reviews but this place does not have a welcoming atmosphere when she is working there.
