I’ve never had an order wrong and the line moves a lot faster than expected. Very generous with the sauces. There was not a sacrifice made when ketchup was requested.

Cold and unsalted fries basically everytime employees for some reason won’t take orders after 11 when they close at 12. Certain employees are also overly aggressive for no reason

We did a mobile order. Had multiple orders of nuggets and somehow they forgot the sauces we ordered also. So waste our time and gas to go back. The staff there is rude and miserable for the most part. I pull up to the speaker and don’t get a greeting but a dry “ are you using your app?” one occasion a month ago I ordered a meal and when I asked for it large the kid literally groaned at me. Just ew, gross behavior.

Missing food from a mobile order. Employees seemed to be more interested in having a social hour instead of working. Had to return to the restaurant to get missing stuff from my order. Upon returning I stood at the front counter. The person making sandwiches looked at me at least a few times that I noticed and couldn't say anything to anyone else. Rather disappointed with the service. I not only had to wait for my order but it was missing items. Sad just sad
Double check your orders to make sure things are there.
I got a McGriddle Meal with 2 hash browns. I ate some of the sandwich and half of the hash brown because I noticed white hairs all over it, like it hit a dirty floor and they just picked it up and served it anyway! I looked at the other hash brown and it also had the white hairs! So gross! I spit the food into the bag and no way am I eating the rest!!
