One of the best get together places in the North woods, been coming here for almost 10 yrs. Always have a debate between the blue gill or the walleye platter. Had to choose the blue gill, they are so delicious like candy. Please if you're ever in the North woods and it happens to be Friday I recommend this place. PS, don't get me started on the drinks!

My wife and I spent the week here for our honeymoon. The communication, kindness and location are top notch! We had such a nice, peaceful time, and we will most assuredly be returning for future family getaways! We recommend Pitlik's cabins to anyone looking for a peaceful time by the flowage. God bless!

My girlfriends and I ate here for our Weekend on Fri. night, 10/20/23. Good food & drinks and nicely-plated full plates! Very warm and cute. Nice bar area. Lots of windows, which I like. Not cramped feeling. Would definitely go back if I'm ever in that neck of the woods, again!

In awe at this beautiful resort, we stayed the weekend of cranberry fest and had the best time watching the fall colors around the lake! The resturaunt on the resort is not only picturesque but the food is astronomical! Will be coming back in the future!Rooms: Beautiful 'up north' style rooms with a full kitchen, we had luxurious views from 3 sides of our cabin.Food & drinks: The Friday fish fry was one for the books, easily the best we've had in a very long time!

Signed on to stay Sept 12,13 and 14. Showed up on the 12th. Place all locked up. Didn't answer phone. Cabin wide open. On 13th finally got someone. Said call this guy to rent pontoon. Called him said they had sold all their pontoons but 2 and those were on long leases. No internet but it is in lodge. Lodge locked up Tues and Weds until 3. Said checking out one day early by 9AM. Never got refunded. Furniture by fire place was junk and falling apart. STAY AWAY. Lots of promises none kept. And no refund for leaving a day early.

Great stop for Fall Ride. Even one of the younger guys proposed to his girlfriend. She said yes. Yaa for them.Congratulations ?
The four of us had the baked fish and buttered red potatoes. A generous portion was served, in a timely manner, with a very pleasant wait server, along with delightful atmosphere. Previously, we have had the delicious fried haddock, but we went healthier with the baked haddock, last night. Unfortunately, it was more on the consistency of dry swordfish than the moist, flaky fish that we are used to. However, we will definitely be back, and recommend this place highly!!

I was here on vacation with my family. We came in as a party of 6 adults, we knew they didn’t take reservations so we waited for 45-55 mins to be seated. We then got our table and drinks ordered our food, which we got 3 fish dinners and 3 pesto fettuccines. When the food came out we got the pastas first and when I tell you I have never seen chicken look like that in my life!! I was in the food industry for years as a manager and serve safe certified. The chicken was white and looks like they had just put it in the microwave and served it to us. When I am getting served pasta with grilled chicken I expect it to be grilled not thrown in the microwave. We tried telling our server what was wrong and that it was not her fault and we would like the pestos taken off the bill and we would paid for the fish and leave. A man ended up helping us and he was very rude threatening to call the cops saying we were “dine and dashing”. We ended up paying for all 6 dinners @ $150. They were very rude and the food was not safe to eat I feel as I would have gotten sick should I have ate the pesto fettuccine. Do not ever eat here!

If you're looking for a resort in the north woods of Wisconsin and picked this one, you can't go wrong. Everything is well maintained and clean. Three swimming areas, boat docks, and gas for your toys. Some cabins are year-round for snowmobiling. They have an on-site bar, full restaurant, and game room. They also sell Buffalo meat.
