Stopped in here bar hopping. Sat at the bar and had appetizers. The bacon covered curds were great but the nachos were knock your socks off. Beer selection is great. Bartenders were friendly.

Dont recommend the Prime rib, unlike our server did after they told us they were out of wings. We'reguessing they just didn't want to make them. Good place for Illinois people to go.

Spent the whole meal swatting flies off our food because the owner âlikes to have the door open for airflowâ. Never mind the place is full of flies. Loud, noisy, and a big disappointment.

The worst experience in 2025. The service is awful. It took over an 90 min to get our food even in a very slow day. I order water, they forgot and I had to go to the bar and ask again. We questioned about it for 3 times and they not even remember what kind of food we ordered. Extremely disappointed for all family. I would never comeback and I will never recommend this place to anyone in the world. Totally disrespected. The decoration doesn't match the place and they don't even deserve my pictures being posted.

I would give zero stars if I could. We waited over two hours for our food â checked in multiple times, and still didnât receive it for another 30 minutes after that. Absolutely ridiculous.
When we finally asked our server about it, she casually mentioned sheâd âtake a discount offâ instead of comping the meal â as if waiting nearly three hours for food was somehow acceptable.
The lack of urgency, accountability, or even basic hospitality was astonishing. Riverstone clearly has no regard for their guestsâ time or experience. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.
