Cortnee and Crew always make me feel welcome and happily suggest any new drinks on the menu. Cortnee is more than accommodating with paper plates and napkins when I bring in a small lunch to go with her drinks. She is so knowledgeable about health additives she can add to a drink for whatever ails me.

I usually come here after the gym for a protein smoothie but once I got there the choices were so varied that I don't think I've had the same thing twice. Smoothies excellent. Energy latte's excellent. Even a straight up coffee, excellent. The service is so friendly and the new location leaves plenty of room for chillin for a while by the "fireplace". Highly recommend if you are looking for something healthy but delicious. If I were to ask for anything it would be to stock a few items to snack on.

There are not many healthy options in the northwoods so I love to stop at Roots to cleanse out all the fried food I consumed. They have juices, smoothies, protein shakes, detox juices, etc. I got the dream smoothie which had oat milk, strawberries, banana, orange and dates in it. It was delicious!! I also love that they have tables and chairs outside, chalk for the kids and some building blocks inside for the kids that my daughter loved. I got to sit there and drink my smoothie in peace while she played with the blocks - a win-win! Will definitely be back!

I got the Berry protein shake which was really good. I thought it was important to note that I would not consider this a vegan smoothie shop. They sell honey and various items like sandals and earrings that appeared to be leather. I believe some of their drinks contain honey as well. The protein powder they have is vegan, at least on the day that I went.
Roots has become my go-to!! There aren't a lot of healthy options in the "north woods" so this is a breath of fresh air! They offer a variety of juices and smoothies and can always customize/add shots for immunity boost, stress relief, etc. The protein powder is plant based which is fabulous for us DF people!! There is a table just outside with an umbrella and a few seats indoors. The shop gives a boho vibe and and the owner could not have been more welcoming. This is a must visit if you're in the Eagle River area. Perfect afternoon boost on a warm day or a morning coffee/juice run to set you up for a day out on the boat!

The service was amazing and the menu very diverse. The aroma was great. Lots of honey and everything was FRESH. Our group had a variety and smoothies and juices. An A+ for the BLU smoothie, a B- for the Berry Smoothie, a C for the Caramel Apple Smoothie, a B - for the Lemon Sherbert and a A+ for the detox with the cayenne. There are juices for rookies and veterans alike.

Super-cool place that goes out of its way to be open, accommodating, and plainly takes pride in what they do. No artificial ingredients to be found, and I don't think there's anywhere for them to hide any, since you can see the work area (which is cool).I ordered a frankly bizarre custom drink that seemed to me like it would be good. The proprietress, instead of being weirded out, was thoughtful and curious about it, which is the mark of someone who cares their craft. It turned out to be delicious, and I regret that I'd have to drive six hours just to go back and get it again, and again, and again, and again.
