I’ve tried this place twice. 1st time I got the cold brew and 2nd time I got an iced latte, both were terrible. Idk what it is, the ratio of coffee to water, the espresso machine not dialed in correctly, the grind on the coffee, old espresso, idk. Both times were so terrible I ended up throwing it away. Which is crazy bc I love coffee. The staff was friendly and really quick to service. The interior is really nice. The coffee was just absolutely terrible.

Waited for thirty minutes for two sandwiches and never received them went to counter to check and was told they didn’t get the ticket in the back room. They only offered refund nothing for our wasted time.

Great, independently owned shop in DT Eagle River. 5 min drive from the Inn we stayed in, good coffee and pastries. Owner is friendly and provides great service. Love supporting this local shop when we’re in town.

I would say that this place of definitely a coffee shop worth going to. The overall experience was very positive however the actual taste of the coffee that I got (basic iced Carmel macchiato while good.
Wasn’t exceptional.
But it was relatively quick and the atmosphere was robust. Worth while going.
Delicious coffee. They serve collectivo (Milwaukee roaster). Always a nice ambiance and friendly service! Keep up the great work!!

I enjoy this business and I come once a week but there are some things that could be fixed. I have been here on several occasions where you have ran out of cups, club soda, chicken, lotus flavors and açai base. While, I understand this is hard But for club soda and chicken, you are about a mile from the store and you could easily go pick it up. Another solution to this would be when you are running low then you can order some or go pick more up. Also when you are out of a certain size of cups you should not make the customer pay for a larger size when it is your problem that you are out. It is not okay for you to make me pay for something when I want a smaller size. If you are out of a açaí base then you should explain to the customers that it is on back order and you can’t get it ln. I come in here and order on the special menu and you are out of some flavors. When you have a special menu, you should order more than you need. As you know it’s going to get ordered and you don’t want to run out. I have ordered hot coffee for my mom and whenever she gets it, it is never warm. She likes her coffee hot and won’t get coffee from here Because it is never warm. There have been times that I have ordered food, and my bacon hasn’t been cooked or I’ll get a chicken wrap and there’s hardly any chicken. If you guys are out of something or have an unexpected kitchen closure you need to put a sign on the door so your customers are aware and not angry! When the owners are in they don’t ever seem to be very happy and are only nice when they know you. Otherwise they are outright rude to people. I will continue to come in to this place when there are people I know working, but when this happens it is very disappointing and makes me not want to come back
