A small-town bar & grill with a friendly atmosphere. The Friday fish fry is superb. It is served light & crispy, hot, and not greasy. The pizzas are homemade, and you can tell they are made with great care. The Hawaiian was my choice (yes, I am one of those weirdos that likes pineapple on her pizza) and it smelled, looked, and tasted fantastic. I'm not a big fan of a lot of pizza sauce on my pie but in this case, it worked with the thin crust (they have thick crust too!). This is one place you don't need to order extra cheese because it comes with more than enough on it. Drinks are inexpensive and we left after having 2 draft pints, 2 canned sodas, a 3 pc fish fry, and a 12" Hawaiian pizza for only $32. So, if you are looking for good food, cold drinks, and friendly faces, Home Bar & Grill is the place to go!

Great beer, bloodies, and pull tabs and a great value! The owner was working there when we stopped in and made us feel right at home, pun intended!This place makes me want to move to Edgar. Highly recommend and is going to be a go to stop for us whenever we are traveling through the area.
