Great location with a great staff. The food is real good at this location. Store is organized and clean. Plenty of variety here. Would recommend any day of the week!

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks was told 45 minutes for my order. This wasn’t my issue, my issue was after 45 minutes when I showed up my order wasn’t ready (I assume) I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes made eye contact with the employee multiple times and was never acknowledged. He just continued to make food. I guess if “no one” shows up he gets free dinner or something. So I left and went to McDonald’s. Thanks.

Food was good at least 70% of the time but nowadays you cant even place an order. Im on about try number 6-8 i believe.. The only real consistency here is that they are 10 cents a gallon higher than neighboring gas stations.. edit 8/10 was able to place an order, also i already reached out to your contact before leaving a review and was told "one of our amazing team members will get back to you as soon as possible" but never any further communications

I go to fuel up, and I am notified by a tag on the pump That the credit card machine outside is out of service Therefore you must go inside and prepay. Ok! no problem.....WRONG! The girl/guy behind the counter has an attitude from the start. I used to like going to Casey's. The staff was friendly, upbeat, and appeared as if they were happy to be a part of the human race. However, Ms. THING with the pink/blue/hair with bad roots has basically taken the "Customer Experience" and used it as if it were Charmin. I hope her attitude can be adjusted or have her/him/it eventually replaced with someone who knows how to define customer service and not just how to define...""""Duh I stood in front of the register, mad at the world because I am a spoiled entitled gum drop, so pay me for my precious time taken away from cutting all my Barbies hair off because she looks better with a crewcut hairdo, SO PAY ME!"""" Negative! Barbie rocks the wavy hair, and..... Payment withheld for bad human behavior/conduct unbecoming!

Sorry I didn't see you sooner and have to come take with the same problem I 6850gal with 40k 6000gal for a few months and now that I've got to get this is done I have to go back and try again to make a payment on my route for you have to wait till the next few days to get a good feel about what you need under the idea of getting the job done right away so that I can do that for me and I have to come there and go ? ? ? Andrew the best of the best and the other two ? in this morning was great for me and my family and friends in my life but great to be able and not just green and not

This has got to be one of the most poorly managed businesses if ever frequented. The managers constantly keep the store understaffed. The food service is never able to keep up with their promised delivery times. Unfortunately there isn’t enough competition in town, and I still find myself ordering pizza here from time to time. Today I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time and they still hadn’t even begun preparing my order. Just miserable business practices by owners and management.

If I ran out of gas across the street from this Casey's, I would literally push my car to the next gas station. This is the worst staff I have ever encountered.
