I’m a LONG-time McDonald’s customer… back to the mid-60’s. We walked in to this McDonald’s so that my wife could have a cup of coffee. They are “directing” customers more strongly to use the kiosks. No fault of the employes. Management. Given we wanted a senior half caf/half decaf, we still required human service.
The topper was the loud music… louder than any of the 1,000 or so McDonald’s that I’ve been in. The shift supervisor told me that corporate had been in and set it at that volume and forbade it being put any lower. My wife and I pondered it for way more minutes than we should have. The only possibility we see is they don’t want people to stay in the restaurant longer than is absolutely necessary. I have a feeling that this is a corporate policy that is not going to work out well for McDonald’s.

Bought my son a happy meal in the drive through and they did not give him a toy. Didn’t even have the common courtesy to let us know that there wasn’t any toys left if that was the case. And the fries were stale.

Healthy choices are gone If you like the food available can be expensive but less then full service restaurant I only go if others go...not my choice Bring back salads and yogurt parfaits

Horrible customer service , took 21 minutes to get our food not a large order. Placed via the app, and when I did get my quarter pounder it somehow was pink in the 1/4 in thick burger patty. Tossed it and left.
Others where complaining as we left they were also there waiting for thier food for over 20 minutes.

I guess soda machine broke down and asked me to wait. Lady told me to wait and I guess eventually forgot about me. Waited 30 minutes until I was fed up and left. Couldn’t substituting my drink been an option, the fool was me for waiting that long.
