I would like to file a complaint about this business. According to the information provided, it is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. However, when I came during the stated working hours, the place was closed.

This is misleading for customers and causes inconvenience and wasted time. Please update the correct working hours or ensure the business is actually open as advertised.

Hot and yummy, but one of my burritos must have been sitting in the warmer a while. I could tap on the end of the burritos shell and hear the tapping noise because it was that hard

Food is decent , classical McDonalds food but what actually made me write this review was that the workers here were so lovely and into their jobs , all of them were very lovely people and polite especially this guy with blue shirt I think he was the manager he was really into his job and double checking everything and very polite even asking how is the food tasting.I usually find McDonald’s pretty decent and okay but this one is the one that stood up to me the most and follows a pretty good business model

Ordered 2 double burgers. They were dried up and lifeless at 11:45AM! How does this happen? Ray Kroc and the original brothers (Owners) would be rolling over in their graves if they had tasted these horrible hamburgers!

We just stop there. The friendliness from the son of the new owner is above and beyond. Feels like upscale restaurant!! He came and asked us if food was good, if we need anything else, if he can make anything to make our food better. Just wow!!. Just for that kind of atmosphere we will stop there anytime

Both women working the speaker and 1st drive through windows at 11am 10/29/25 were wonderful! The first personal and upbeat McDonald's employees I have experience in a long time.

4 stars because my coffee was supposed to have a monopoly piece and did not.

So I waited and waited for them to make more fries then they forgot I was waiting then they bring me this B.S? This is a small fry not a large. I get a large to share with my dog, looks like i dont get any fries. I frequent this mcdonalds a lot and will be the last time.

Wasn’t planning on leaving a review publicly because it is usually in poor taste but the lady working that day didn’t fix it and the inquiry I made in the McDonald’s app didn’t give a resolution so here we go.

Ordered a large Mocha Frappe, I received an at best 2/3 full drink with the rest filled up with whipped cream. Either every other McDonalds I have ever been too has been overfilling my drink or this one messed up and didn’t want to remake it. I stop here a few times a year when driving up to Madison and have never had an issue. Maybe there is a new manager or something, idk. Food is good but grab a coffee at the Dunkin’ across the street connected the the shell

Horrible store. Horrible employees. Used the app for a deal I placed in the drive thru. Was told the total was 11 something. Get to window, I get told its 15 something. I say used the app to get 25% off. Then get told the items were ineligible. How? It went through on the app an drive thru screen. I waited 25 minutes for nothing. Horrible experience

I pulled into that second drive thru at 2 pm, nobody took my order, but they helped another person. I got into the first line, and they couldn't even pronounce my name right. Not impresses with the service. At least they got the food right, kind of.
