I’ve been to this McDonald’s probably 4 different times. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten an order either in person or in the drive through in under 10 minutes. Big fan of Macdons as a whole and I don’t have an issue with the food I’ve gotten here, but this one stands out, BY FAR in terms of speed of service.

If i could give them zero stars I would. I did a curbside pick up. I was sitting there for almost an hour and then when I called they said they were going to remake my order and bring it out. Food is old and cold. And for my order to be done wrong. Having to wait a hour for old cold food is ridiculous. Never again worst service I have ever received

The employees are in a bad mood literally throw the food on the counter and shout the number! He didn't tell me where to take the glass for the soda! Those of us who do not live in the area must intuit it and the service is super slow!

Awful service. Mobile order placed at 8:44 am for drive thru pick up. When we arrived, drive thru was packed, we opted to go in. I informed the cashier about the change. We waited patiently as we watched 6 customers come in to the counter, order a couple large orders, and get their food and leave. When I asked if there was an issue, I was told there were 10 people ahead of me. Hmmmm. We got out order at 9:11- and it wasn't complete. Very upsetting. One of the employees 'screamed' that she couldn't anymore, and kept screaming as she walked off the job and out the door. POOR MANAGEMENT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

The service is good. Went through the drive up. And the young man that gave me my food, His hands were so dirty finger nails were disgusting.

Very dirty and slow. They forgot to give us half of our food and were unapologetic. The manager was yelling at the employees.

I recently visited a McDonald's and was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bathrooms were in dire need of attention, with dirty sinks and filthy floors in front of the urinals. Finding a clean table was impossible, so we ended up eating in the car. This experience fell far below McDonald's usual standards. I hope they address these cleanliness issues soon.

Two older people were running the place. Young workers were goofing off in the dining area. I had to ask them to check mens bathroom as it needed cleaning because of the garbage all over the floor.
