It was a little off putting because you could only order from a kiosk and they only took cash through the drive through. The food was still good but everyone was a little thrown off by the kiosks. Everyone pretty much formed a line behind us and ignored the other order kiosk that was there

It's your standard Taco John's. That being said the crew are always friendly and keep the restaurant clean and tidy. The food is always prepared the way you'd expect it to be and presented as it should. Nothing just tossed together like making your burrito or taco was some kind of burden.

Ordered our food and we were waiting in the lobby when the manager comes out and says "you can't have that dog in here" and I replied "he's a service dog" and pointed to his vest she proceeded to say "I don't care you can wait next door." I promptly informed her that it is a federal law service dogs are allowed in food service places due to the medical services they provide, she completely disregarded what I said and again to me I had to leave with a nasty attitude in her voice, like I was the one doing something wrong I have NEVER been discriminated against anywhere else I have taken my service dog like i was at taco johns in edgerton wi she was rude and broke the law, I hope taco Johns doesn't condone this sort of treatment towards people with disabilities the manager Alexandria is not a good face for your company. Very upset with the treatment I recieved. Would rate 0 stars if i was able to. Got a refund and promptly went to another food place, I will not give my money to bigoted people like her.

Staff decent mostly just trying to have social time and it shows in the service, food quality too. Everything was cold and the potato Ole had very obviously been regrouped to reheat but not long enough to make them hot enough so the oil drain off when taken out of the fryer. Tastes like salted Fryer oilParking: It's in a very prime location and a huge amount of traffic. The place should be making plenty of money and be able to pay staff to atleast pretend to care about customer service and food quality.
I only use the drive thru. I like it better than TB.

Good food, great atmosphere. The service was awesome, and so many restaurants are understaffed, but not this one. Noticed a lot of carryout orders being picked up, and it was fairly busy inside. Look forward to returning.
