was not happy with the fact that the desert staff didn't give us our custard after looking us in the eye multiple times standing right there, number front and clear, with our custard only takeout number. it was only two one scoops of chocolate. one worth peanut butter and oreo and one a Carmel cashew. not only didn't they just sit waiting but the dessert person gave ONE of the scoops to someone else and when they left it there and i brought it up they dug mine out from the trench and just had us take that. didn't re make them from waiting or the other one from being given to someone else. and to top it all off, they didn't even use HOT CARMEL on the Carmel cashew which is the standard. they used salted after i was Asked about it at the register and specified i wanted it hot. i worked at Culver's for 4 years and this experience was terrible.

Culver's is always a perfect place to go to. Their butter burgers have always been a hit, but once at the drive through I glanced at the menu and saw the pot roast meal and decided to try it. Oh my goodness, absolutely incredible and you can't beat the price. I'm hooked. Not to mention the amazing, creamy custards, the warm, melt in your mouth cheese curds and tasty crinkle fries. We've always had great service here and it's always a winner with the kiddos. You have to try their pot roast...I'm telling you! Also, be sure to try the curd burger when they have them.

I ordered a butter burger no pickles or onions and all I got was cheese and mushrooms. I would like to think it would be a pretty standard order but it was completely wrong. Thank you for ruining my vacation :(

I do take out as I am disabled and this is easier for me. So we quickly received our orders at our car to take home to eat. Our orders were as expected and very good. Thank you!

A friend tried to order gluten free but it didn't work, they got sick, otherwise a good experience and friendly staff, busy location
Went through drive thru ordered a cheese burger with just ketchup. Git and paid for a double cheese burger with no ketchup. My fault for not double checking the board, but I think everything I said was pretty clear and hard to screw up what I said cheeseburger to a double cheeseburger and with just ketchup to plain.....

I can eat healthy here! The steamed brocolli is perfect! Shrimp is better than most high end restaurants. The Walleye is divine! The chocolate malts are the best *if they get it right. 50% of the time I am given a "double chocolate malt" when I ordered a chocolate malt; ie; made with vanilla ice cream. If I try to explain the recipe I end up with vanilla malt. ( my only gripe!) Give it a different atmosphere and you are fine dining.
