I don't post reviews very often, but please make it make sense... You order a pizza online, great. You order sauces with your pizza, great. You pay for both. Go to pick up and then they don't give the correct sauce, ask for the sauce and was told, "I'm sorry we can only give you two." I explain that I paid for them and still was told no. And I get it everyone makes mistakes, or you got kids working there that honestly could give a shit. It is what it is. I would recommend that if you are a dominos fan, go to the one anywhere but Elkhorn. Have a great day

Iāve never been so disappointed with this place. Iāve ordered here multiple times for my coworkers and I. Dominos is aware we go on break at 11 pm. But when I order something for 10:30 pm, I expect it to be here. Not when they āfeelā like delivering. My pizza was out of the oven at 10:10 pm. Almost 11 pm and still have not received it. So Iām literally getting an hour old pizza thatās gonna be cold and some of us eat earlier than our scheduled break time. Why have the schedule ahead if youāre STILL going to be almost an hour late. Absolutely ridiculous. Update: received my pizza 40 minutes late. Pizza was cold and soggy. Decided to call the store and speak to the manager and asked why my pizza was delivered late and not in good shape. She stated āI was busy and ran behind tonightā. Are you serious right now. Thatās the response I get when Iām upset. Itās on your delivery driver who left the store at 10:13 and didnāt show up til 11:10. May I also mention the delivery driver also had someone else in the car with him? Yeahā¦pissed I wasted my break at my work waiting for food and not even have a break at that point. Oh, the manager also offered some credit. I stated I already got some credit and Iām mad that this keeps happening with many people. And she goes āyeah I knowā. FIX THE ISSUE!!

I have been getting Domino's pizza for my kids for a couple years now at this location. When they first opened the pizza was really good. The past 6 to 7 times I have ordered from them. The quality of the pizza has been going down to the point where this past order has been absolutely the worst. You would be better off. Just getting yourself a DiGiorno rising crust pizza or really any pizza from the store for that matter. I can't believe that they would actually have enough pride to put out The food that they are making and quite honestly it doesn't really pay to even say anything to them because I've known many people that have told them that their Pizza is not good and obviously it's falling on deaf ears. There's barely any sauce on it even if you order it. It seems like it's been sitting for 2 hours even though it comes right out of the oven. I just don't see if other dominoes are putting out this type of product. How that chain can stay in business.

Pizza is always over cooked and slices arenāt cut all the way through. Always have to cut a burnt pizza.

First off id rather drive to the delavan dominos from now on!!!! Delivered, forgot something so I called and they said they'd send it right out. 40 minutes later I called again they said we had as carry out even though when I initially called I said I placed a delivery order for **** Dr. So I waited 40 minutes for someone to bring what they forgot when they never were even coming. How hard is it to count what you have to what was ordered??????

Our oven just broke down to make pizza 5 minutes before there closing time and they were very understanding when making the food and we all appreciated it for caring about still having good customer service even after when they should have been closed
