I have gotten so spoiled by bad fast food but this place had very good service AND burgers we literally parked in the parking lot across from this place to inhale this grub. Burger was still hot along with the piping hot đ. It's so sad others can't make their food like this place. Definitely won't forget this stop.

First off, I usually don't rip on restaurants, I know it's hard. So I hope they read this so they can improve themselves. Food was ok, but mostly cold. Fries were half filled. Was given multiple cracked cups, no lids out in the fill station. The soda machine had water coming out all over while you were trying to fill your cups. The ketchup was empty. No one was watching or helping people at the front counter, had to yell to get someones attention. And tables needed a good cleaning.

First time I have not been told that I had to pull around when ordering a quarter pounder at drive thru... (Since they started making them fresh) Very efficient location with very friendly staff!

Iâve been coming to McDonaldâs since I was a child and it was great ever since about a year or two ago. Itâs really gone downhill every time I come here something is wrong with my order and itâs quite annoying when I spend so much money and these lworkers want all this extra money but canât do their jobs right. And the people who take the orders have no personality do not waste your time. This McDonaldâs is a joke. Thank you for reading

What a night a d day difference between Wisconsin and Illinois McDonald's. This restaurant was exceptional in all aspects from the food to the cleanliness of the bathroom. They did not slop on the lettuce and mayo like in Illinois McDonald's. They took pride in what they were doing for customers not like Illinois McDonalds which are below standard. Due to the employees they hire here.
Horrible experience as always at this McDonald's. Waited over 40 min to get my order correct. No apologies as usual. If I ever go back to this one I will not pay until I get my food because I will not wait that long. For $46 to feed 3 people and this type of service is totally unexceptible. Should have just went to Chilli's!

Quality is poor and burgers/sandwiches are stacked sloppy and carelessly. Why do I have to re-assemble my food?
Once I had a fly in my orange juice and didnât notice until I got home. Repeatedly I get to the bottom of my coffee cup and itâs full if coffee grounds.
Today I saw the lady working the window wipe her nose and mouth then hand me my coffee and food with the same hand. I didnât eat anything that was handed to me.

Usually incredibly slow, and everyone there, with the exception of a random few, acts like they hate being there. One time, I ordered on the app and parked in a designated spot to wait for my food to be brought out. After waiting 18 minutes in that spot, not counting the time from when I placed the order on the app and told them my code and parking spot # so they knew I'd arrived, and watching at least 30+ cars go through the drive thru behind me, I went inside and was only then handed a bag. I left and made it to my driveway before realizing that they had forgotten half of my food and my coffee. Thankfully, we live 3 minutes away, but I had 4 hungry kids and 2 hungry adults waiting on this food so we could go to the pumpkin patch that morning, (which we were late meeting people there after this 40 minute debacle). I went back to get the rest of our order and just went inside. When I told them what I was missing, I had to still wait for it and wasn't once given an apology or even a thank you. Oh, and upon getting home the second time, we were still missing a sandwich. Management is clearly lacking, as this example is the worst experience I've had here but definitely not the only one with excessive wait times, missing food, and poor attitudes. If it wasn't so close to my house, I'd avoid it completely.
Vegetarian options: No dedicated vegetarian menu.
