They were great for good fast service, even though it was very very busy. The tables were clean. The floors were clean. The bathrooms were good. Tons of people were there because it started raining at the fair and it was lunchtime anyway, and they managed it all very very efficiently.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated with this McDonald’s location, you’re not alone, and you’re not powerless!

This store, owned by the Bucciferro Family franchise group, has shown an ongoing pattern of poor customer service, long wait times, missing items, and complete lack of accountability, not just at the Elkhorn location, but across multiple stores under their name.

I’ve personally tried addressing these issues through proper channels, spoke with management, called their franchise number (every extension goes to voicemail), and even left a polite comment on one of their social media posts. It was deleted. Not responded to... deleted.

What’s worse is how they treat their employees. I personally know people who work at this location, and I’ve seen how little support and respect they get. Leadership from the Bucciferro Family is absent, dismissive, and disconnected from the very values they claim to uphold.

If you're a DoorDasher, I highly encourage you to report issues with this store using the in-app Chat with Support option. I’ve already filed a formal report with DoorDash corporate regarding excessive wait times and order issues. They confirmed it has been received and that they are monitoring for further complaints to take action if the pattern continues.

I ordered on door dash at 9:52am for breakfast. I waited an hour then they canceled my order and refused to make it because breakfast was over.
Breakfast ends at 10:30am

As someone that works in the food service industry you always make the order if it came in before the time it actually ends not because you just didn't do it and then refuse!!
If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!

The back of the dining room by the bathrooms smelled like gasoline. Not sure why. They were busy so it took a minute to get my food, but it all tasted great.

Paid 10 dollars for a meal at 10:50 when the store is open until 11:00 pulled up to the window they said they were closed… asked for a refund, they claimed it wouldn’t charge my card… sure enough the charge still went through. Called them they claimed it’s a mistake on MY PART.

I have gotten so spoiled by bad fast food but this place had very good service AND burgers we literally parked in the parking lot across from this place to inhale this grub. Burger was still hot along with the piping hot 🍟. It's so sad others can't make their food like this place. Definitely won't forget this stop.

Take forever for a cup of coffee

First off, I usually don't rip on restaurants, I know it's hard. So I hope they read this so they can improve themselves.
Food was ok, but mostly cold. Fries were half filled. Was given multiple cracked cups, no lids out in the fill station. The soda machine had water coming out all over while you were trying to fill your cups. The ketchup was empty. No one was watching or helping people at the front counter, had to yell to get someones attention. And tables needed a good cleaning.
