This review is not directly about the sit down dining it's about the Too Much To Go app program. I ordered a surprise lunch bag on line. It said normal cost $18.99 cost using app $5.99. when I arrived the person didn't seem to know about the app. A few minutes later he came out with a pizza box and started taking a piece or two of pizza from the trays at the serving isles. Most of the pizza was old and all I got other than the pizza was a couple old, dried bread sticks. No chicken, no desert just pizza. This was $18.99? So basically I got food that was sitting under the heat lamps and about as much as a large pizza with different toppings. I was very disappointed to say the least. I will not use the app to get this surprise lunch bag again but it sure was a surprise!!!!! I will however continue to go for the regular buffet because I love the chicken lol.

Went to Pizza Ranch tonight. We got there about 6:05. My husband hit his food and I waited for chicken breasts to come out. They told me about 12 minutes so I waited. At about 6:30 I asked if the chicken was coming and the woman. I think was the manager said they only put two chicken breasts down. I asked why and she said people don’t want those. I said I would take them when they came out. She said I will give you one. So a line started forming by the chicken and they came out with a bowl full and dark meat and wings. She gave me a box with one piece and said if I wanted another it would be 15 minutes so I took my one piece. After I sat down my husband went up and he said there were 3 chicken breasts. So she put more out after I sat down. What the heck this is a buffet. Well my husband was down eating so I took my one piece and took it home. On my way out another customer came up to me and said I heard the lady was very snippy with you. I have never run into a nastier person. I understand if they were busy. All the other employees were friendly as they always are there

You can definitely tell the kitchen does not care about their job the quality of the food shows drastically. Watery gravy burnt dried chicken stale pizza hard burnt biscuits dry green beans. Poor girl up front left to fend for her self wont be back. Just close it up

The food at the Pizza Ranch in Elkhorn, Wi was great with a good variety! The staff were all friendly, helpful and they accommodated a large group of us close to their closing time!! We had plenty of fresh food and pizzas!!

We called around 8:00 PM knowing they closed at 9:00 and asked honestly if they’d still serve a large party of 16 if we arrived at 8:30. Not only did they say yes—they were genuinely welcoming about it.
From the moment we walked in, the crew was accommodating, upbeat, and fully engaged. They made food fresh for us, kept checking in, and never once made us feel rushed. They even stayed open a little later so the kids could finish ice cream and dessert without being cut off.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—but the real standout was the staff. Thoughtful, patient, and clearly team-oriented. That kind of service matters, especially with a big group late in the evening.
Huge appreciation to the team that night. This is how you create repeat customers.
Always have to clean a table off. Floors are dirty. Only 1 person trying to keep everything running. Ice cream machine never works. We now go to Burlington where everything is clean and working.
