There are 2 Starbucks within equal distance from where I live, and I will pick this location every time! Drive through is fast, friendly. The real treat is dining in. Ice drinks poured in glasses, service brought to the table, friendly staff who makes you feel like your business is appreciated. I’d like to call out Tony who always has an amazing energy and attitude! Best barista I’ve met since moving from Chicago! Keep up the amazing work!

A tall, blonde gentleman inadvertently handed me the order intended for the car behind me. Despite my repeated attempts to return the extra drinks, the barista insisted that I keep them, assuring me that the following customer would still receive their correct order. I appreciated the unexpected addition to my order and hoped it did not cause any significant delay for the car behind me.

This is second time I’ve come here, gotten the same drink and both time bad. There are clumps and barely any lavender on there. I’ve been to multiple stores and I just don’t think they know how to make them here.
It's Starbucks. It's extremely predictable. The app has me addicted and I order way too much. Staff at Elkhorn location is always extremely nice.

I ordered a grande pikes peak and a grande spicy strawberry lemonade, when the girl saw it she told the girl who was leaving that she didn’t know how to make it, instead of showing her she tried to explain it to her. When I got it, it was the color of orange juice. I told her it didn’t look right which she ignored. The girl who was leaving was still there so I showed it to her and told her it wasn’t the right color to which she said no they’re always orange looking. I told her that I’ve been ordering them since they came out and this was a different color than all the rest I’ve gotten. When my wife tried it she said it tasted different too. First of all someone should have trained her properly and second if someone has a problem with something you should try to make it right. On top of all that my coffee wasn’t even hot. Not at all happy with this store right now.
