This person needs an education in customer service. Short guy at around 7:30pm. Food was great. Service was sub par.
Would not accept coupons that were valid. I understand if you are not a participating location but then put up a sign so that I can order accordingly rather than finding out after ordering and spending more than I have to spend.

Asked for a 6 inch sandwich. Proceeded to make me a foot-long and charge for it. When I walked back into address this, it was all smiles and giggles about it as if I was the stupid one. Nothing like a three ingredients sandwich on flatbread for $11 and not even saying sorry or anything. But just laughing and giggling the whole time.
