Would not accept coupons that were valid. I understand if you are not a participating location but then put up a sign so that I can order accordingly rather than finding out after ordering and spending more than I have to spend.

Asked for a 6 inch sandwich. Proceeded to make me a foot-long and charge for it. When I walked back into address this, it was all smiles and giggles about it as if I was the stupid one. Nothing like a three ingredients sandwich on flatbread for $11 and not even saying sorry or anything. But just laughing and giggling the whole time.

They served me a churro so stale it shattered, and they serve Pepsi, not Coke like the website (and my receipt) stated. I've gone to this place for 15 years, but it looks like they changed ownership and chose cash over quality.

doesn't take coupons, even if they are valid and is very rude to people I've talked to. does not handle people with autism well, you either pay and if there's a inconvenience it will not be handled right or you just won't get your food. I'm not sure why this place is in business still it needs new people.

I had the Home made Chicken Salad. They just put the rotisserie chicken in the microwave and put it on the wrap. Never mixed it to be chicken salad. I asked the owner if he was going to but he refused and said to just pick a dressing and that is the mix. He squirted some dressing on, put in 3 spinach leaves, 2 small tomato's (yes they have the smallest cut tomato's that I have ever seen), and added the rest. Wrapped it and said that is quality chicken salad. It is not. Was very dry chicken and the dressing seemed a little off.

Service and food were awful. My club sub tasted like fish, dont know if they made a seafood sub just before mine and didnt wipe the counter off or what but it was bad. People behind the counter obviously are being bothered when you order. Trust me, go somewhere else.

doesn't participate in any core subway promotions so that's very annoying. clearly the owners are just lazy because I'm certain corporate reimburses you for accepting those promotions. Very cringe.

If you’re trying to eat in your lunch break this is not the store to go to ! I had someone order my lunch I have order number on screen shot and sunny there being no name they would not give me my food , the employees working here are obviously incapable of matching up order numbers ! Highly do not recommend I would recommend the store by Hansens
