Walked in, waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come out from the back... But they were apparently too busy having a one-sided conversation, probably on the phone but too busy to acknowledge my presence regardless... So I walked out.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. Three of them were fine but the other one was beyond messed up. Ordered a special sub, added a meat and wanted a couple veggies added on as well. He proceeded to charge for a completely different sandwich, plus double meat (no double meat) so I got only what I added +pep and salami, not the base sandwich. Then when I tried to call, he was borderline impossible to understand and kind of rude, then gave me some bs reasoning for changing everything(it was cheaper by a dollar or so). Will never eat there again and suggest you don't either.

Terrible experience I paid extra for extra meat on 2 sandwiches on the app ($6.20) and got two pieces of meat on each sandwich... the manager argued it was enough meat and he stinks and was making sandwiches with no gloves smh
I threw mine away... never again smh

Employees are rude and lie. When I called about an issue. Claim i could only get new sandwichs or a refund if I brought in the ones that were wrong. Had to threaten to call corporate just to get my sandwichs.

This used to be the good subway in town but it's gone way down hill. Workers can't speak english, the meat portions have gotten much smaller, have to order double meat just for a decent sandwich and the quality just seems to have gone down hill. Think we'll just head to jersey mikes in delavan from now on. They at least make a good sandwich

The staff and food are great. My quip is the owner not accepting coupons from corporate. They also don't make wraps anymore when other locations do.

I never had a problem here really. In the last couple months they don't have chredded mozzarella cheese. So I asked one lady if I could have some mozzarella cheese and she said "no we don't have any". I doubt that's true. There fore I'm confused.

Most of our experiences here are meh, good enough. Not very friendly and slow service but we like Subway. But this time we showed up 20 minutes before “close” with all lights on including the bright “Open” sign, to be told they were closed. Literally walked right in. Why keep the doors open and lights on if you’re closed. Won’t be back.

I ordered 2 foot longs and 2 chocolate chip cookies and was charged $39.48??? And never was given my receipt. Bogus. Just basic Turkey subs. Nothing crazy.

I ordered online 2 footlong turkey subs. 1 only turkey and the other turkey and cheese, that's all! 1 blt that was correct. The 2 turkey subs had EVERYTHING on it. I will say we love this Subway but ordering online was a big fail.

Kindness goes a long way, and if you give it, you will receive it. The manager Patel is always helpful, and gives me great service with a smile every time. Disregard these negative comments from these "haters." Stay at home and make a sandwich if you're that dissatisfied to go and leave a bad review for hardworking people.

I ordered a subway club, the person making the sandwhich used less meat than the times I've always got it before, the build recipes are not followed here and the staff doesn't speak very good English, I had to repeat my self on every aspect, EVERY aspect. Veggies, toasted, type of cheese, any sides. Legit every single thing he didn't understand.
