I had a DoorDash order that had issues. The delivery driver stopped responding to me completely. Joseph, the store manager, helped me in a 3 way call with DoorDash to get my order replaced for free! The customer service I got was superb. Thank you for working with me to fix this dilemma!

I went here well within their operational hours. Pulled up to the drive-through and had a man answer me asking if I was on mobile. I said no, and then he kept going silent and not responding to me afterwards when I would try to give my order. So then I pulled back around wondering if, it was a technical error and he asked me again if I was mobile and I answered no. and then it was dead silence again. Tried to go inside as well afterwards, and it is locked up during their open hours. This is ridiculous. Wish I didn’t waste the gas money to come here.

There is a guy that’s almost always there on the night shift I wish I knew his name but he ALWAYS gets my order right and fresh. Always has a great attitude too which is hard to come by. Again I wish I knew his name but he probably knows who he is.

I recently had a concerning experience at this Taco Bell location, where my card information was stolen shortly after using it at the drive-thru. This was the only place I had used the card, and fraudulent charges appeared three days later. Fortunately, these charges were flagged immediately. Since then, I only order through the app.
In addition to security concerns, the quality of the food is inconsistent. It is evident that "Team Lyders," the owners of Taco Bell locations in Walworth County, do not prioritize employee or customer satisfaction. All Taco Bell locations managed by this company suffer from poor service and negative reviews from employees on various review sites.
It's disappointing that Taco Bell allows Team Lyders to continue representing the franchise. This location, like other chain restaurants in Elkhorn, has seen a decline in quality. Given the available workforce in Elkhorn, this outcome is not entirely surprising.
The staff was friendly but the food is terrible. You are better off making the drive to Delevan. This place is new and the food always tastes stale and gross. Finally on the last visit, I ended up with food poisoning. Avoid this place. It needs to get shut down, which is sad because it hasn't been there that long. Such a waste of time and resources.

one of the workers a really kind gentleman hooked us up with 3 supremes Taco Bell Manager you got to give this man a raise he clocked in and gave us drinks aswell I didnt forget his name but I pretty sure it started with a d or a L but thank you very much god bless?

Taco-Bell is always good for nights when you can't make dinner cause you're just too busy! Get a 10 pack of tacos hard shell or soft. My favorite is a hard shell. My family loves them too. Taco-Bell is always good after a night out drinking! Always helps my hangover! Every time
