Hey so, I ordered in the store here for my fiancé and I, don’t get me wrong the food here, it’s amazing. I personally love Taco Bell but I have one issue. One of the current managers. She’s a problem. In what mind does she think it’s ok to flip customers off and be on the phone doing nothing? I can understand staff being on their phones but working, but a manager chilling on the phone with what sounds like a friend doing nothing? Meanwhile the other workers are doing the drive thru, working on food, and handling customers. What kind of lazy management does this place have? Disrespectful, not committed. I think her name was Holly, she’s a short plump woman, dark probably black hair. She wears glasses too. To be honest, just from glancing around and soaking up the environment she seems like she’s disrespectful to everyone who works with her, it’s not very customer friendly and enticing if the workers or other staff team clearly don’t like a manager for that managers behavior. It’s completely childish to behave in such a manner at work anyways. Honestly, if management is all like that, you probably expect the place to just close down sometime. The food was amazing, my experience with Holly was down right terrible and that’s my only reason to rate so low on this restaurant. Please get better management!

I am not here to rant against the workers, but higher management at this place needs to step in and help this poor store. Every time I order something it takes 20 minutes or longer even if I do a mobile order. As I type this I am waiting for an order that I placed at 4:30 for ASAP pickup. It is 5:15pm. It was a couple burritos and tacos, not everything on the menu.
But there are never enough people here. I have worked fast food and I understand the issues with staffing, but the people getting paid more should be doing more to help their workers who get the brunt of angry customers.

These guys are usually pretty slow, but that’s due to staffing issues. Which is why I think it’s important they keep the good employees while they have them. Livingston was just running the place solo due to sick co workers and no backup. Dude was a breath of fresh air. Great attitude. Hard worker. Haven’t had customer service like that at a fast food joint ever. Pay that man more.

Livingston is awesome. Typically I'm met with adequate service. Livingston had a positive attitude. He was a delight and his customer service was superb. He was friendly, attentive, prompt, efficient and welcoming. Give this man a raise. When I matched his energy, he brought it even harder. Wonderful!

We just moved to Elkhorn and every time I come here I always have zero issues they are by far the best Taco Bell I’ve gone to! Never have any issues with the staff never have any issues with the food!
This place is always dead and must serve expired materials. They can never fulfill what's on the menu, and tries to unpcharged you because they eat too much in the back.

I'm leaving a 5 star review because I think their low rating is unfair. Fast food place ratings are always low. But, the folks working the drive thru are always pleasant and on-point. Been there many times during peak lunch/dinner hours and they've never messed up my order. They always hook it up with the extra hot sauce. It's a good Taco Bell 👍.

Ordered a burrito and potatoes and wasn't even full. The thing of potatoes aren't that big and they are expensive and if you like potatoes like me you have to spend extra just for a good amount
