Went for a Friday Night Fish Fry and it was excellent! Local whitefish and onion rings! Salad was not the best, but greens were fresh and it did the trick. Great beverage selection and fun vibe. Very lively and loud. Friendly service, but not terribly effective. Definitely the weak link. With that, highly recommended.

Interesting door county semi dive bar with great food. Whitefish sandwich is outstanding as are the French fries. Ate at the bar. Good old fashioneds. Large game room for kids that is separate from the bar and dining tables. Pull-tabs 👍🏼 An array of t shirts available for purchase if you are a vacationer. Conveniently located on the main road through Ellison Bay. Definitely a favorite for us.

Fun place to take the kids so they can blow off some steam in the arcade area. We ate outside. Inside was very loud. They are dog friendly on the outside deck. Overall, decent spot. Bring cash to avoid a 4% charge.

Great food, large portions, and a game room to occupy the kids.
My friend and I were up there for a weekend 6/25-6/29 and the first time we stopped at this bar, we came back every day! The bartenders (who were the owners) were great and so welcoming, made our visit so much fun! Bloody Mary’s were our favorite to order once they opened!
The arcade is a must hit for sure! The atmosphere was just so relaxing, it made us happy for sure! Can’t wait to visit Mink River Basin again! 100/10 for sure 😉

This is a very good place. My burger was ok, maybe a little burned. My wife’s white wish was fantastic in size and delicious as well. We recommend to order extra side for the main dish. Nice atmosphere, well trained personnel.

The Mink is just PERFECT. The food, the staff, the owners, the atmosphere…it’s just THAT place that hits like a warm blanket on a cold Door County winter day! When we lived out of state, this was always our first stop after a long day of travel. Now living much much closer, it’s a go to place for any day of the week!
