I have been going to Common Man for years and it keeps getting better. The food is SO good and the menu is always fresh with great specials. If you are connoisseur of great cocktails, Mike is your guy! He is a magician/chemist/bartender extraordinaire plus he’s interesting, personable, and passionate about his craft. The server who was also the bartender, I believe his name was Mike, was so kind and friendly and made sure that my experience there was really wonderful. I was sitting outside and he came and checked on me several times. I had the chicken wings and I thought they were good. It's a sweet little place!

My wife and I came for the weekend to visit the area. We stopped at the Ellsworth creamery and bought way too much fun stuff. They recommended going to The Common Man for good local food, so we did. We could not have been more pleased!! My wife’s burger with maple bacon was absolutely delicious and juicy, and she loved their sweet potato fries. I ordered the Reuben and hands-down it is the best Reuben I have EVER had in my life, no joke!! The combination of the fact that they slice their own meat on site, combined with the wonderful local melty cheese, and the fact that it was served piping hot!! Do not miss the opportunity to try this place, you will not regret it. My only complaint is that we don’t live closer!
