Ellsworth DQ is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Every time you go there, the employees are the rudest I have ever had anywhere, they are slow as ever, close early, say you are lying about stuff, and can’t get anything correct!

I ordered a DQ cake online for Father's Day to be picked up today at the Ellsworth location. When I got there, the girl couldn't find the cake. I showed her my email confirmation showing it would be ready today at noon. I was told "I don't know, it's a manager thing." She also mentioned this happened to someone else the other day. I asked if I could just get a plain cake and she said "we don't have any".Unbelievable!!! This is completely infuriating!!! I will never go back to this dump!!! Better off driving to Baldwin or River Falls!!

Had to pay for the kids meal treat twice since they couldn't figure out how to ring up the treat ticket. They close whenever they want to and their food is not very good.

It is right on the main street/highway, easy access to driveb through. who doesn't love Dairy Queen? my oreo Blizzard could have used more oreos, both the help wanted sign was out, and Spring hadn't even officially started, So I assume they are going to be a stellar Dairy Queen!
