I am from Louisiana. The land of the best food. I am a Chinese food addict. I’ve eaten at hundreds of Chinese restaurants over the span of my life and This was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CHINESE FOOD I’VE EVER HAD. I travel 35 mins one way for a meal to treat myself. I love this place. I will be back many times over. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. They have no idea what they’re talking about. Every Chinese place I’ve tried in the area sucks. No flavor. Nothing. This place, is AMAZING. And that is a total understatement.

I haven't ordered from here since there are new owners because I heard the food wasn't as good. Well it isn't. I ordered L2 with shrimp. What I got was tasteless and over cooked mush with broccoli in it. At least I think it was broccoli. It was just light green mush. It had chunks of jellied stuff in it. The shrimp was tiny and over cooked to the point of nothingness. Very disappointing and won't be going back.

This place was great until they raised the prices, changed the recipes and they have been inconsistent with how I should order the chow mai fun properly. I used to always call and order it make sure to also and confirm I want the sauce that “comes with it,” until I was told repeatedly that it already comes with it so I didn’t need to ask for it. ONCE they actually gave me the sauce without my having to ask but twice now, they have failed to include the sauce so I call to let them know I did not receive it and ask to come pick it up where they proceeded to tell me I needed to ask for it so I will now be charged separately since I did not ask when ordering. I explained to them that I was told multiple times that it already comes with the sauce and she just said, “yes ma’am there will be an extra charge,” repeatedly. I was polite until she repeated the same response. Then I just hung up instead this last time. Terrible customer service twice now. Overpriced for the quality they are pushing out lately, as well. I miss the old menu, prices and customer service.

Ordered take out, 2 containers of sesame chicken, 1 container general tso chicken, 2 containers chicken lo mein, and one order of teriyaki chicken on a stick. The sesame and general tso chicken were nothing but bread. The few bits that had chicken in them were so over cooked it was terrible. Then, the teriyaki chicken tasted horrible, as in it might have gone bad?? The only thing worth eating was the lo mein. It's sad because we used to get great food here, but this?? I'll probably not go back.

I have always loved King House but today I ordered pork chow mein. Im not sure what I really got. Looked and tasted like it was put in a blender tasted weird. Waste of $60.00 this trip.

My favorite place to stop when I visit my parents! Quick, fresh and delicious every time! I get the sesame chicken dinner and of course cream cheese wontons! Fills me up and have plenty of left overs. Wish I had a location closer to me to get some more often.
I travel about 20-25 minutes to King House mostly for carry out .I have never eaten inside but go in to order my favorite.I get the garlic shrimp with fried rice and a side order of chicken teriyaki on a stick.The chicken sticks are a must. Everything has been delicious every time and still hot when I get home.Thank you King House
Staff is great, portions were good, but we spent $90 and all of us possibly got food poisoning. The food has been great in the past but seems to have gone downhill.
