Drive thru staff rude, impatient and my order was wrong. While trying to explain the issues this staff used inappropriate language and said I was RETARDED! Who does that?!?

I know it's McDonald's... but they absolutely refuse to 'ever' serve shakes. Then act offended that you even asked...

Every time... for years
I have been here on 2 separate occasions now and been very dissatisfied. Both times I ordered ahead on the app and still ended up waiting in line for 10-15 minutes to receive my food the one time I received the completely wrong order and this last time was missing items in my bag. I would not recommend going to this location.

McDonalds is always the same here and everywhere. I always am reminded of a song we sang as children. "McDonalds is my kind of place. They serve you rattlesnakes and don't forget those frosted shakes - French fried polluted lakes. "

I don't know, man. I see a lot of kids working there. Seriously, though, there are some hard-working kids, very respectful. Then you've got the bad eggs, just like anywhere else. You just have to hope you get one of the good workers. ?

I jus don't know how many chances I should give this place. But if you don't do the bar thing you have McDonald's or Subway to eat at after 3. They have forgot food items in my order many times but today was the breaking point for me. what I ordered and what I got was to different. I would never order anything spicy but that is what I got. I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken. I got a spicy deluxe crispy chicken one bit and I am so happy it didn't send me to the hospital because it was so spicy. What a waste of money and time to get something I just put in the trash. Ellsworth McDonald's I have given you many chances to bad you don't believe in 2nd chance for people.

I used the mobile app but, when I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my food at 1:30pm . Not only was the restaurant filthy and looked like it has not been cleaned . I got my food given to me in a happy meal box and all I did was say” I didn’t order a happy meal “ the blonde manager gave me attitude and talked to me like I was stupid and walked away mid conversation. I paid for extra sauces (3 honey mustard) on the app and noticed I didn’t get any so when I asked the blonde manager to get me some nicely.She only gave me one and refused to give me the rest, she just kept walking away from me and wouldn’t give me my receipt so As a rewards member I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AFTERNOON STAFF!!.
***Note*** I never get treated like this from the morning staff. The morning crew always treat me with the most respect and all deserve raises but the afternoon manager needs to be fired for how she talks to loyal customers who come in weekly. I should be able to ask questions and enjoy my whole meal with the sauce I PAID FOR
