Of the four or five times i’ve online ordered from this store they’ve messed something up lol. You wanted extra pickles? How about less than usual. Toasted? Nope. Literal joke of a store. I work at a different subway location and I get the online orders can be irritating but me and ALL of my coworkers are able to do it and follow the directions given clearly. It would require literally no extra effort to put on a normal amount of stuff and do what’s instructed (again, I would know!) but apparently the stoners who run this place can’t figure it out. That’s another good point to make.. the dude behind all of these less than mediocre orders is the manager.

Two guys working were great. I came in with 5 grandsons (6-14) and they were very very patient with the younger boys, treating each one like a special customer. Listening and answering all their questions... we will be back. And yes boys can be a handful. But your employees were great with them.

Normally this place is okay at best but not today. If you want subway go to the River Falls locations.When making both my sandwiches I had to tell them how to make it. Plus they didn't ask me if I wanted my second sandwich toasted and they also forgot the bacon. I had to remind them to do both. Though after five times of telling them then the second worker had said "Well I didn't do it so it's not my fault." to which I said that I wasn't blaming him. I just wanted the mistake corrected, and I was not being belligerent or uncooperative. I spoke calmly and precisely.The mistakes were corrected but they did skimp out on any sauce on my sandwich. But I just dealt with it because I didn't wanna deal with it anymore. (I have anxiety/mild autism so awkward situations squick me out.)You guys either need to train your staff better or get someone who knows what they're doing. Bc if they get that confused and flustered with just three customers- they probably shouldn't be working there. And that's with two employees mind you.Oof- Yeah go to River Falls. Better customer service. They're more personal with their customers when they come in. Even going as far as to ask how their day is. Plus much better food and they actually give you what you ask for- and major perk is they know what they're doing. And you don't have to do their job for them~

BUYER BEWARE: Do NOT place an online order at this restaurant. I ordered a breakfast sub (bacon, egg and cheese) and got an absolute joke of a sandwich. When I opened the sun I was confused about the amount of grease that was in the wrapper. Once I opened the sub I found about 20 pieces of bacon (this sandwich normally comes with two) and two pieces of egg each about the size of quarter. I tried contacting the manager for a refund but never received an answer. Really wish I had just gone into the restaurant instead of ordering online. Scary.

Honestly the best Subway I have ever been too, in any state or any City. The service is phenomenal. I will return over and over while I am in town…..and when I return as well. They also recovered my phone after I left it and stored it safely.

Never met Jacob before but I thought he was the manager of the store. Polite, attentive, fast subway maker, with really great knowledge and suggestions. The one downfall is they were out of meatball subs which happens to be my favorite. Their shipments come in on Monday for meatballs :-)Parking: Lots of street parking on the side parking lot photos attached.

Really sad that every time we've ordered "online" for pickup, it's like the employees don't give a rat's you know what. "It's an online order, they can't see it now." Well, today I'm done with that. Our order was the lamest yet. The salad I ordered was the saddest "salad" I've ever had. Just a couple of leaves of lettuce, I didn't get half the stuff I ordered for it. My husband ordered a foot long and got a 6in. How long is this gonna go on, this nonchalant attitude by kids who don't even want to be there, really shines through in the order's they send out the door. It's shameful. Then when you try to call them, they don't pick up.

Placed a pickup order and got done 1 hour early went to Subway and they made my order immediately even though they hadn't received it yet. They took my word and I showed my order in the app that it was paid for etc. They are very nice, friendly and accommodating. I was able to drive to my next event without any delay. Both employees working in the store were nice, greeted me very friendly and were understanding of the situation.

The best Subway location I have visited. The staff is excellent--they are always very helpful with an excellent attitude, provide awesome service and work hard to keep the restaurant spotless.My visit tonight (9/19/22) was especially review worthy. We arrived near closing time and the staff overheard me saying we should take our order to go as it was closing. They invited us to sit down and enjoy our meal rather than eating in the car or rushing through it. Both gentlemen checked in and asked us how the sandwiches were. I have managed a few upscale kitchens and would be happy to have staff like that on my crew!Ask about the menu hacks, pizza and burgers at Subway? ;)

So I like the owners here, good people, so I'm hoping it's a mistake. But more than once, actually more than twice- I've gotten over charged. Maybe it's changed, but you used to get two cookies with a "meal". The first time I only received one with my meal, so the next time I went in and said " the meal comes with two right?" And she says yeah, but I asked for a receipt, and I got charged for an extra cookie. The second time my husband got cookies, and I got chips, I got charged for an extra bag of chips.- the last time, I got the meal with a XL soda and cookies. I got charged for chips and a cookie. I have no idea what going on. And normally, I would go in and dispute this and talk to them, but they are always so busy at lunch, and I don't have the time to mess around. But the owners never there when I get done with work. The owners are there when this has happened, but they are never running the register.I get it that accidents happen. But stuff is expensive nowadays. And after a few times happening- starts to not feel so accidental. Maybe employees need to be trained on the register more??
