I love the cod sandwich! The burgers and ice cream are amazing too. The workers are always friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is always fresh and hot! The drive through line is usually pretty long, but the food is worth the wait!

I ordered two dinners to go: fish and shrimp, both with two sides, and a pint of ice cream. Total was $41.88. They forgot the mashed potatoes, and the broccoli was mushy shnibbles. I hadn’t ordered from them for at least a couple years because this would happen just about every time I did – they would forget something. Don’t want a refund or replacement – just want to not be cheated out of anything I paid for. Probably won’t be back again for a couple years.

I have been coming to this Culver’s for years and the last 6 months, 5+ times my food has been undercooked. I get gluten free buns and they are frozen. The burgers are missing ingredients and raw in the middle. Fries soggy and cold. It’s so disappointing especially given how expensive it is. Try a different location.

After a long day of work, this was exactly what I needed! First, Chloe helped us and did an amazing job. She’s so kind and accommodating, and a great cashier. Tim brought us our food and boy if this guy isn’t getting paid over six figures a year I don’t know what Culver’s is doing. He’s the most amazing person I’ve ever met in a customer service industry 1000/10 stars for Tim. Keep up the good work, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Very welcoming environment, and delicious food as always great work, Culver’s.

Update: drive thru moved well today even though it was busy. Order was correct and good. And staff were friendly. Kudos!! because I drove all the way to this location because the location on Capitol drive was out of commission; when do they not have an issue 🙄
Consistently have received good service here. Food and staff. The drive-thru could move a bit faster though…
Was there a few days ago, had ordered some onion rings and was charged for cheese curds. When receiving the order, was given cheese curds. Had informed the manager and he took the cheese curds and later brought us onion rings. Didn't realize a few days later after looking at the receipt that there was a price difference.

Culver’s prices have gone up, and the burgers feel smaller with less meat, but their custard remains absolutely amazing.

You can't beat the spicy chicken value meal with fries or cheese curds for warming you up to do errands in the cold bluster extra dark early evenings. And the line is shorter indoors than the drive thru.
