For the third time in a week we had to go in the store to get our order. Each time we have asked to speak to a manager. We were told they couldn’t tell us his schedule or his name!All they tell us is we can take a pint of free custard. I even told the drive through person that we had been forgotten two previous visits and don’t forget us. After 10 minutes my wife went in and was told they put it in the cooler again.

Not my favorite culvers location as it’s always much longer of a wait and so crowded. Today I stopped by for the filet sandwich and my sandwich was missing the whole bottom bun like where is the quality check before packaging? Pricing going up and quality going down.
