O'Donoghue's Irish Pub

What an absolute joy! We came in from out of town and found this fantastic spot by pure chance. I felt like I stepped into a pub in Ireland with the craic (friendly conversation), the food, and the perfect pours of Guinness. There was an Irish musician playing an acoustic set that we were lucky enough to sit in on. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was incredible. This is a great spot for families or just grabbing a pint at the bar. I’d come back to Milwaukee just to hang out here again!

What an incredible gem! We stumbled on this place kind of on accident and we’re so glad we did! As we were enjoying our delicious meal and beers, we noticed what a true neighborhood pub feel it had. Friends and family were meeting up for dinner with laughter and hugs all around. The owner, Jamie, checked on our table and we struck up a conversation. Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere! They even had a young lad from Ireland singing and playing traditional Irish songs. We’ll be back for Milwaukee Irish Fest and O’Donoghue’s will be top of the list! Love the setting. Good service though our attendant didn't have any help that I could see. Clam chowder didn't have much flavor. Hate to say it but trader joes is better

The band rich trueman and 22 st horn band was great.

What a great place. We had the 4 piece broasted chicken and the Polish sausage and it was all so delicious. The chicken is absolutely amazing. In a time where quality is going down and everyone wants to gouge for food that is subpar. O' Donoghue's is a great value for amazing food. I highly recommend.

We were there for a comedy show. Tonight show was very good where Restaurant needs some serious, updating and cleaning. It smells like fried food and smoke for an hour. Grove Place or in Elm Grove place. This does not measure up needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. Bathrooms were substandard place is just very dirty and needs a cleaning and update

This pub has a great friendly atmosphere. The staff is top notch and I felt welcomed from the time I walked in. The patio is also pet friendly which is awesome!

The breaded Mushroom appetizer is truly delicious. I've had a great chicken wrap there as well. Last timte I was there my friend and I opted for the Polish sausage. Never again ! That particular dish was awful.

What a fun place! The food was great, though sadly it wasn't Friday so I didn't get to try the fish fry, but what I had was delicious so I'm looking forward to that. The staff were all super nice, and a night of wonderful Irish music topped it all off. Easy 5 stars and I will be back soon ?
