The ice cream and sandwiches are great. If you like Italian beef the chocolate factory has a great one. The people working here were very nice when my wife and I were there.

Met my book club for dinner on a week night. Ordered the Blackberry turkey sub sandwich, which was very tasty. I ordered the smaller size listed, and it indeed was small. I'm glad I wasn't too hungry that evening. I thought the price was on the higher end for the amount of sandwich. You go to the counter to place your order and are given a ticket with a number. When your number is called, you go to the pick-up counter to get your food. The young staff seemed to be having a fun time behind the counter, but since this is a casual atmosphere for families, it didn't bother me. If I had young children or grandchildren, I would stop in for an ice cream treat, which seems to be the fun part of being there.

Classic sub shop vibe. Love the subs and wide variety of ice cream flavors. It's our go to for subs and ice cream. For the most part the customer service is fine but sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication amongst employees creating confusion which is why I gave that part 4 stars. I've never had any issues with my orders just an observation.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I came here on lunch break and don’t get me wrong the subs do taste good but WOW do they need to get new employees, first off the kid who took my order and I believe his name was Aiden, was being super disrespectful, showed no care whatsoever about taking my order as he was laughing and talking to other employees while im telling him my order, on top of that he completely walked away and I watched him drink a soda and then he came back and continued to take my order, I would love to come back but if the service is going to be anything like this I’m gonna pass.

Used this location for catering for a birthday party, ordered 11 total boxes so it was a big order. They handled it perfectly. Communication was great, order ready on time, and food was great. Order was correct. I will use them for catering again.Nick on the communication end was good and I think Mike helped me carry the boxes to my car. Nice work to them.

I will never come here again their customer service is the worst I ever seen and I’ve worked in restaurant business for 8 years. They forgot half my order then when I called back & asked about it respectfully they kept putting me on hold & nick the manager hung up in my face because he said they were “busy” do not go here!!! Very unprofessional

Good ice creams, sandwiches with fresh tasting various grain breads. Unfortunately, inconsistent service. Mainly many can be lame & lazy. Especially, the younger unmotivated staff that would rather play with their smart phones and socialize with themselves. It’s hard to get much reasonable and thoughtful help anymore.
