Went during the lunch hour but was surprised at the quietness of other patrons also being there. The food was great and they took great care in making our food. The timeliness of receiving our food was perfect. Great location, great staff. Definitely will be back.

Food was ok service was extremely slow on the day I was there and i was definitely not there at peak rush time although it sure seems thats the new standard. Take the orders and then heard them into there waiting spot like sheep. Craig, how about we support the kitchen staff and give them the tools to be successful so when you get to the window its not another 10-15 min wait for your food.

I LOVE CULVERS!! I ordered 4 chicken tenders and they were all so delicious! I ordered from such a sweet girl named Lucy!! She was so friendly and nice and offered outstanding service!! The food was so good, I went again to get a scoop of ice cream!! And oh boy it was so good. And I saw Lucy again!!

I’ve only visited this Culver’s location twice. The first time I wasn’t aware you had to specify what you wanted on a burger so I ended up with 2 patties, cheese on a bun. Today I specifically asked for ketchup and pickle ONLY and ended up with no ketchup, 2 slices of pickle in addition to mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion. Employees are friendly but food is too inconsistent for me.

I ordered curbside pickup. I got home and my sandwich order was completely wrong. I called and was told by Liz, the manager, that either I needed to drive all the way back there, or she would send me a coupon for a cheeseburger that has a significantly lower cost. Those were the only options offered. I drove back with the untouched and incorrect sandwich and demanded a refund. Liz was not especially helpful, but managed to process the refund. I will not be back to this location due to previous subpar experiences not reported and this total waste of my time due to a mistake on their part.
