Been many times. Rarely satisfactory. Sometimes they seem to have a few good staff members, but Bucciferro clearly treats this location as a turn key operation. I assume the good people don't stay because of this hands off management approach. Often get the wrong order, horrendous wait time, and even staff inside pretending they were close and not responsive once.

Longer than average wait every time I come through. I've had to leave the drive thru line because of waiting 25+ minutes and no movement in the line. Food is average, had a big Mac once where the patties were nearly paper thin. I just think the staffing is awful and needs a lot more help.

Horrible service. There has been MANY times we have waited for 40-60 minutes for 1-2 meals (sandwich and fry). Almost everyone who works there is rude, disrespectful, and does not care about their job one bit.. yes it’s mcdonald’s but if you’re not happy LEAVE! Will probably never go here again… can’t wait for culver’s!! After reading many other reviews why hasn’t corporate or HR done something about this?!?!?! This issue goes wayyyy back, where is the authority and accountability around this place? sad.

These people are so lazy to the point where they just slop some ingredients together and call it good, I went there to grab some quick food for lunch, went through the drive thru, they had me wait for 10-12 mins and they bring out the food that I got… all was fine until I opened the Big Mac and they have the three buns but only have one patty with lettuce, cheese and Mac sauce between the middle and bottom bun, while putting the top bun on the empty middle bun, this place needs new management.

Asked for extra sauce, they refused. All but 1 of my sauces was open when I went to get them out of my bag. Took 10 minutes to take our order in the drive thru and even longer to get our food at the window, just for half of it to be cold anyways.

Should not take 48 minutes to get an order for 2 adults and 5 kids no wonder why Culver’s is coming to down. Maybe it’s time for the owners to start looking at a bigger location to better service the area if not move aside and let faster restaurants take over

All I wanted was a McFlurry $4.79 been sitting 10 minutes is ridiculous and continuing. Not a very good place The atmosphere and attitude is not here. Wouldn't recommend very slow managers. Need to do a better job of training their employees on how to be social and actually do their job. Not the kids fault. I blame the managers service sucks.
