My husband, daughter and I just had breakfast this morning , the food was super good. The service was awful and waitress was not friendly at all. She didn't even acknowledge that we had been waiting for about 45 min to get our food. The place was full when we showed up. Customers were served food that showed up after us and had already left before we got our food. We were almost ready to walk out. She seemed to be freindy to everyone else but us. Really creepy too stood in the little kitchen hallway with the cook peeking out while we were getting our money out to pay for the meal, Won't be back again. just FYI I have no idea who this waitress is. I have no idea why we were treated so badly. It's not like me to leave a review like this but it was a terrible experience.

Had seen the good reviews and the food pictured looked delicious so decided to stop in. pros: the food was really, really good! cons: service was EXTREMELY SLOW. people came in after us and were served and left before we received our food. The server never came to ask if we needed beverage refills while we waited. by the time we got our food, we were the only patrons in the restaurant. The server never came back to check on us/ask how the food was/acknowledge there was a long wait. When she came to the table to give us the bill, all she said was "here you go" and handed it to us and walked off. Then she hid in the kitchen peeking out at our table until we left. Really poor, awkward, and downright creepy service. Again, the food was great. But we will not be back.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday late morning. It was busy, but we were seated quickly. Service was slow. The menu has descriptions. I ordered a large breakfast set and a cinnamon roll. The eggs were cooked very well. They toast was thick. The bacon gooooood. The hashbrowns were undercooked. The cinnamon roll was cinnamon bread loaf with frosting poured on top. It was good, but not a cinnamon roll. Would eat here again.

Very traditional small hometown cafe. Only cash, no credit card. Bathrooms are small but clean. Staff friendly, cordial, and very helpful. Menu photos as of July 2024.

Potter's Place served a lovely FREE Easter Sunday meal! Servings were generous and tasty!Very clean restaurant. Friendly, inviting staff. We had a lovely student who attended Birchwood school wait on us. We wanted to give her a tip; but she graciously declined because they were doing this for the community! Please support this dining option. You won't be disappointed!
