Horrible Food, bad costumer service, bad Italian restaurant staff and poor quality food

Diappointing. I had gone to Benvenuto's a few years ago and I loved it. I had the butternut squash ravioli. It was amazing. I went back a couple weeks ago and it was all changed. The menu was cut down to only a few things, and none of it was as good as it used to be. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty with dust and cobwebs in the corners. We didn't even order, we just left.

We were celebrating our 50th anniversary and ordered pans from Benvenuto's. We ordered lasagna, chicken tettrazini, meatballs, Caesar salad, foccaci bread, pizza, and a couple gluten free entrees. (They have the best gluten free menu I could find). The food was most excellent. It was ready and hot at pick-up time. Easy ordering with good guidance. Many compliments about the good food. Thank you so much. We had a lovely day and part of it was the yummy food.

The staff have always been very attentive and offer great service. The food is so so. Decent bar to sit around and have a few beers.

Foods great, service is a bit slow. The Italian cream sodas are top notch. I also enjoyed the truffle Mac.

Best italian food I've ever had. I had the special chicken and shrimp alfredo. It was the best alfredo, perfectly rich creamy just the right consistency. The Chicken was moist, Shrimp was grilled and plenty of it. I can't wait to go back. Service was the best.

It was very slow but still took quite a while to get served. I had the soup which was definitely home made... Almost got a second bowl. I got Chicken Parmesan... The chicken was very good. The pasta sauce however seemed like canned sauce. They need to work on that. Price was comparable to a chain like Olive Garden... But they have a way to go to get the value to that point. Portion sizes were good... Soup portions were small... But the cost was low... So that evens out.

We usually come here a few times a year for lunch. Today was a disappointment. Our waiter was non-existent. Sat down at noon, got sodas, bruschetta about 12:25 and still no one had taken our order. Ended up with soup since we were then running short on time to order late. Disappointing to not be asked for an order....most servers realize people take an hour for lunch on average. The place seemed relatively empty so not sure why we seemed to be "alone" in the dining room. It will be a while before we come back.

Other than being extremely salty the seafood cannoli's were good. The Caesar salad was weird. Not traditional like an Italian restaurant should serve.

This restaurant was a great lunch stop. Friendly employees, amazing food, and really nice atmosphere. The chicken carbonara and spaghetti and meatballs were amazing. We’ll be back.
