The other day I came in and got an all nighter and was helped by Shannon who is amazing person who greeted me and made me feel welcome she is the best and has an amazing crew I love coming here coming here more often

Yesterday I order an turkey bacon avocado sandwich it was made by Shannon in the drive thru windows she was nice and fun to talk about she is an amazing person who runs a amazing crew on the weekend I will definitely be coming back a couple times a week

Average run of the mill coffee shop. The coffee itself was not very good. We got a regular coffee which should be pretty easy to do well. We also got a chai tea hot which had very little Chai and felt mostly like water. The sandwich we got was good and so was the bagel. My suggestion is grab coffee somewhere else and go hear for a quick breakfast, although the service isnt super quick its not terribly slow either. The young lady in the drive thru was nice and did her job well.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Einstein Bagels. The bagels were tough and didn’t taste fresh at all. I ordered a bacon, egg and tomato bagel with smear and got just one strip of bacon with barely any smear, definitely not worth the price. While the service was friendly, the food itself was a letdown. For a $9 bagel there are better options. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

My partner and I tried Einstein’s for something different and I haven’t stopped going. The food is good, feels like a healthier option for fast food. The coffee is great too. If you like sweet, please try to Caramel Cold Brew Shake, SO good. They also have the best whip cream out of anywhere! Taste like marshmallows!

Also, the manager Shannon is AMAZING. She works the drive thru and works hard just like every employee she hires. She is always bubbly, happy and ready for anything. You can tell all her employees respect her. She works really hard AND is amazing at customer service. She deserves to be recognized.

2 employees who stick out that I know of are, Kenna and Nesto. Kenna is a hard working go-getter. Nesto is hard working team player! Impressive for his age too as he JUST graduated high school!

There's a very rude blonde girl who works in the morning. I saw her insult a DoorDash guy just because he asked her if she was late. I have her recorded and she shouldn't be working there.😡😡😡😡😡😡
