Forgot the cream cheese
READ 1 STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM
I went to einstein bagels at 11 on a sunday morning and I ordered two sandwiches and they had everything bagels as the bread. The guy working the drive thru says okay what else? so i keep ordering and then all of a sudden he starts rambling really fast and mumbling about bagels and I literally could not understand him. Turns out he’s saying that they RAN OUT OF EVERYTHING BAGELS AND REGULAR BAGELS. liek im sorry but if your literally a BAGEL restaurant that is not cheap it might be time to actually make enough bagels for everyone to get a goddamn bagel. Like 8 dollars for a bagel? are u kidding me??. safe to say I will never return to an Einstein Bagels.
I ordered a 2-egg and bacon sandwich on a toasted bagel without cheese (I cannot eat cheese) and decided to tip generously because I was in a good mood. When my sandwich came out with cheese on it--which I very clearly specified in my order that I did not want cheese--I asked for the lady to remake the sandwich without cheese. At first, she was resistant and did not agree to remake my sandwich, but I insisted that I have a sandwich without cheese (considering the $13 price tag), to which she yanked the sandwich out of my hand and whipped it in the trash with attitude. The lady then proceeded to make her own meal and walk outside to her car for her break. The man that eventually made my sandwich then brought me my new sandwich while staring me down and not responding to me at all. My new sandwich was a cold, untoasted, bagel with half of an egg (no bacon or the other 1 1/2 eggs). I was then told that it was the last bagel they had and that they couldn't do anything about it. Also my chai was non-consumable. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Staff was friendly but like 21 bucks for 2 bagels is pushing it, especially when they turn out so sad looking, y’all know this is the saddest most uneven bagel cut, with the tiniest single slice of lox, I removed the onion cause it was literally a half inch thick slice of solid onion…

Soooooo slow. 2 people working. Finally a general manager is here, which should have happened long ago. I always tip well because the guys were always working hard.

Ordered 6 Bagels and Schmear combo with Strawberry Banana smoothie through Uber Eats. Delivery took 1 hour and 25 minutes. No Schmear with bagels, and a melted smoothie. Uber eats refused to provide a full refund for a worthless order. DELICIOUS PLAIN BAGELS!!! ***Buyer Beware*** Use caution when ordering through Uber Eats, as they will clearly screw you over.

Usually have good experiences here, but I placed my pick up order, but after I picked it up I realized it had the wrong order inside with my order and receipt outside. It happens, so I tried calling for a refund and after several unanswered calls I lost hope. Very disappointing, no resolution or attempt at customer service
They often are out of important ingredients and take way too long to get your food
Wanted to switch out some flavors in my bagel box staff unwilling to change out any. Went home to bite into my bagel to find a huge black hair baked into the bagel, super disgusting

Our favorite breakfast sandwich is the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich. It defaults to two eggs in the app, but one egg is plenty (and the price comes down a bit). We also tried the Garden Avocado Egg Sandwich which was good. The egg could have used some salt/pepper. Definitely a healthier breakfast sandwich choice. The dining room was quite nice and not that busy at this location. Good place to do remote work!

I didnt know Einsteins had upped its menu. Two incredible sandwiches highlighted the menu, bacon egg and cheese hashbrown style and a double meat maple glazed glory. IMHO eisteins stepped up from a schmear on wheat hub to a real coffee house/breakfast joint. And the sanwhiches were a great serving size. I left satisfied but not overfull, ready for the day! Thank you!

Quiet. Good food. Probably a good study spot. Horrible service. We got helped fairly quickly, but the guy that came in after us literally stood at the counter for 10min before being even noticed. He was so tired of sitting there that he pulled up a chair! Meanwhile the staff member that was on the counter was just singing in the back… Pretty sad when the drive thru was empty, and we were the only people inside the store.

I've never been here before or any other location, but I'm happy I did! I didn't want McDonalds, or Wendy, Starbucks, etc food that's in this area and I was in a hurry, so I decided to try this place. The woman at the window was so kind and friendly. Food was fresh and hot. I live close so I'll definitely add this to my options when I need something quick! I'm big on service when I visit places, it truly is a make or break for me, and this person made it. I'm sad her name wasn't on the receipt or I'd be sure to mention her. But thank you, keep being great!
