It's an acquired taste. Not sure that all locations are like this but it's pretty high volume and I know how hard staffing is now days. Please be considerate if somethings are out of stock and/or not every time is the same experience.Vegetarian options: It's bagels...Dietary restrictions: Really depends. There are sometimes ways to lower the carb or fat content. But it's not for Gluten Free.
The manager of the place should be fired. They messed up my order then took my food back n threw it away, which had all my food in it after I asked them to remake my bagel. Why take my food when your just going to throw it away? Food wasn’t even worth it will never come back and I hope you guys improve upon all

This is an update to my below review. Einstein reached out as you can see below. They asked me to go to an online form to fill in information of how to get a refund. I filled out a form and received an email asking me to reply as to how I’d like to be reimbursed. I replied and the email bounced back to me. Not good. So at this point, if I could, I’d change my 1 star review to zero.Drive thru. Ordered 3 everything bagels with a tub of jalapeño smear. At the drive thru she read my order back to me. Got my order, drove home. It was then I noticed it was Onion & Chive smear. Completely unacceptable. Don’t like Onion and chives. Just a complete lack of attention to detail. Now I’m out a breakfast and $12.

Ordered on the app. Not allowing walk-in pick ups. Waited in the drive-thru line, confirmed our order was ready, but still had to wait in the drive-thru line to collect our order, which took an additional 15 minutes. Recommend to update the app to not allow mobile orders if they can’t support the demand. Or, open the dining room for app orders.Update: received order and 6 dollar drinks were ice cold

Worst Einstein ever! I’ve ordered from this site 3 times. All 3 times my entire order has been so incorrect that I would not even eat or drink what was received. Poor quality, poor service, and appear to be unable to improve this. Disappointing as I’ve always been a customer but will no longer be.

Every time I have been to this location the order is made incorrectly. Ordered a Santa Fe Breakfast sandwich and was missing multiple ingredients. Still took them longer to make the sandwich incorrectly. Will not be returning to this location, and would not recommend this location.

Don’t go. You will only be disappointed All ice and very little coffee. Also there all nighter had jalapeños on it this time for some reason and it was cold.

Either the other reviews are over exaggerating or the staffing has gotten a lot better. Got my tasty sandwich and tea within 5 minutes even when there were still 2 cars ahead of me as I ordered. This drive through is faster than the popeyes or Wendy's even at times. One thing to note is that they are a little heavy with ice so getting light ice in their cold drinks is a good idea! Don't let the Karen's fool you, this place makes great sandwiches, and it doesn't take anywhere near as long as they state.

Any time I go there after 11 am, they are out of most of their bagels and they give the most laughable amount of cream cheese. I have fantastic service and food in the mornings though!

The bagels are really amazing. I only give it four stars because it is a little pricey and there is no inside seating. My first time coming here and i was pleasantly satisfied. I will definitely be back.

Literally never have bagels. Even when you order online they don't tell you when they're out. Ive.never had that issue with an Einstein bros before. Unfortunately this is the only decent bagel place around here. I just want bagels :(

Put in my mobile order and it took an hour to receive 2 breakfast sandwiches because the wait was so long and they didn’t give us our drinks with our food so we had to wait longer, terrible service and probably understaffed.
