I've only had Delivery, so I can't speak to the Service or Atmosphere, but the food is excellent for American Chinese fare. It's the best that my wife and I have tasted in 20 years in the Madison area.
Each dish has its own delicious and unique flavor profile, yet they all compliment each other well. We have been ordering from Chang Jiang for several months, trying various entrees, and we have not been disappointed yet!

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such yellow fried rice. It looked odd and it tasted even otter. The customer service was terrible. The woman was annoyed when the order was placed at 8:15 PM For pick up when they are open until 9 PM, not a thank you nothing don’t bother

The soup didn't taste right. The general Tso chicken was awful. I don't know what meat that was bit it was overdone and the sauce did NOT taste like it's supposed to. I won't go back. Even if they paid me to eat whatever they brought I wouldn't do it. I was so disappointed because I was so hungry for Chinese food.

Can you place the order they ask for a tip for pick up. They tell you what time it’ll be ready and I show up and it’s still gonna be 10 to 20 minutes longer. That’s irritating.

It's fine for what it is: a cheap, takeout-only, fast food Chinese place. Sometimes you just want to shovel cheap junk food down. Just know you aren't coming in here to sit down for a nice meal or to find a flavorful hole in the wall.

The food lacked flavor with an overabundance of salt. This included the soup (Hot and Sour) as well the entree (Szechuan Shrimp). Entree was also over cooked. Edible but below average. In addition a hair was found in the soup. We do not recommend.

If you'd like canned carrots and peas atop a bed of dry rice and a new flavor of chicken with the after taste of soap. Sauce would be nice in a to go order. Zero stars, zero effort, zero diligence, zero craftsmanship, zero skills. An overall disrespect to the word 'food'. If only I had remembered to bring a peanut butter jelly from home, I might have had a good lunch today. Today's lunch, $30 worth of garbage.
