A scoop is more expensive than Babcock and The Wisconsin Union? No thanks. Not my favorite place. Limited seating, strange atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend.

The overall service feels to have gone down a lot. Everybody had an attitude last night. My Ice cream tasted off and I couldn't figure out why. My wife's ice cream had at least 2 pieces of long hair in it. We will not be back again after last night.

This was the most expensive and disappointing experience I have had buying ice cream. I ordered 2 small bowls (without a cone) and 1 small almond milk shake, and the total was $20! The almond milk shake didn't have a price listed on the ads or menu, but it must have been almost $10 and was very mediocre in flavor. When I asked for the shake, the girl behind the counter must have been new because she had to get the manager to make it, and they spent more than 5 minutes making it. The ice cream bowls were ok, but my kids didn't even want to finish them. I felt ripped off and will not be going back. Although the flavor and topping choices are many, I'll just go to Culver's next time for better tasting custard and to save money.

Gr8 service n food above n beyond. On the other hand: floors, counters, table tops, windows all needed one massive clean up. Poor poor hygiene with looks of the place.

The store itself was dirty, but I went ahead and ordered and I wish I hadn’t. I spent $7 on ice cream that tasted like it was old or had something wrong with it. I literally pulled around the corner so I didn’t have to throw it away in the trash can right outside.

We love Cold Stone, specifically this location! The owner is Great, very happy to always serve anyone that walks thru his shop. Everything we’ve gotten from here was superb, and it continues to be our top choice for ice cream.Try any mix flavor as a shake, lots of topping options available.
