Just left here after attempting to pick up an online order and was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude. Definitely would not reccomend anyone to visit this location.

This place was dirty and staff did not wear gloves. Would not get anything from this establishment.

This is a pretty normal Dairy Queen. The food tastes good and comes out hot. My favorite is the chicken tenders with fries and gravy. The Blizzards are spot on. I will be back.

We popped into the Dairy Queen in Fitchburg today for a quick ice cream stop and walked out smiling. The staff greeted us right away with a genuine, friendly hello and had our order started almost instantly. Our Blizzards were blended just right, with mix-ins in every spoonful and that perfect creamy texture that makes you slow down and enjoy it.

Even with other customers coming in, the team kept things moving while still making each person feel like they mattered. It was quick, it was easy, and it was the kind of visit that reminds you why a simple ice cream run can turn into the best part of your day.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at this DQ that left me extremely disappointed as a paying customer.

I visited drive-through to conveniently pick up a cake while my baby was in the car. When I arrived at the window, the transaction began as expected, but I was shocked when a male employee approached the cashier and made a remark, loud enough for me to hear: “God forbid this person come inside and pick up their cake.”

I immediately addressed him, letting him know I was right there and explained that I had my baby in the car and was using the drive-through for its intended purpose: convenience. Unfortunately, the situation was handled poorly from there. The cashier apologized but made an unrelated comment about the gentleman’s wife being present, which did nothing to address the rudeness I experienced.

Feeling disrespected and unwelcome, I decided to park, bring my baby inside, and return the cake I had ordered and paid for. A frustrating and unnecessary inconvenience caused entirely by the unprofessional conduct of your staff.

I want to be clear: customers should never be made to feel embarrassed or belittled for using services provided by a business, especially not while caring for a child. I left without the product I came for and will not be returning to this location because of this experience.

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate, 06/14/2025 4:30pm. No whipped cream no chocolate drizzle barely any chocolate asked if this was really a frozen hot chocolate was told manager made it he's the only one that knows how to make it. He does not. At most this is a barely chocolatey barely barely chocolatey vanilla shake.

Prompt drive-thru service. Very friendly & helpful order-taker/cashier. My bacon cheeseburger deluxe & fries were hit & tasty!!

Avoid like plague. Got a cone dipped in chocolate. Cust in front either had prob order or ordered additional stuff at window. Will when I finally got to window they handed me out a cone that looked like it had been sitting out in sun. I said really to the person at window and she said nothing. I took one bite and it immediately flooded out. This was because it had obviously been sitting at the window for a solid 10mins. They shoulda offered to replace or never even handed it to me in that condition.
