Language barrier for me is the main obstacle why I don't go above 3 stars.

The customer service is horrible when I told the lady at The front register that the order was wrong she got an attitude, rolled her eyes and mumbles things under her breath. Personally, I don’t recommend anyone going here. They have zero to none patience.

The guy at the register wasn’t only rude to me and mother in law but also a teenage girl that had no idea what she was doing when the grandma came to confront he lied and said the little girl was rude… he should be fired.

My dasher contacted me saying the guy is being rude and yelling at him it will be 20 minutes 15 minutes later my dasher checked on my order again got yelled at again my dasher was very nice and explained and said he will be unassigned my order because this store is always like this and the guy is being extremely rude to him. I understood he was simply trying to pick up my order and didn’t deserve that treatment!! Not the first time I just didn’t write a complaint the other 2 times I lost dashers over this!

Ordered the new Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard and there were exactly ZERO pieces of cheesecake in it. The cheesecake is my favorite part. This was beyond disappointing, and not the first time this location let me down, so I will not ever be ordering here again. Custard is superior anyways.

I just had the worker lock the door in my face 11 minutes before they close. Oof.

Went to DQ on my lunch break. I was the second of 2 people in line. Drive through took over 15 minutes to get the food out to the person in front of me. I got the 3 pc chicken lunch and they asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I asked for ranch. Finally got my food and I didn’t check it before I left. I took a drink of my soda and it was flat, got home to eat my lunch and I opened the box, no ranch, looks like they threw a handful of lukewarm fries in and the chicken strips, I’m convinced, were for a child. Entire meal was room temp at best. Will never go back.

New ownership, not great with customer service or understanding of the menu. Pretty dirty. Not in uniform. Gas station vibe. But they made the off menu special, only good thing in my opinion

I didn't think I would have to count my order of six chicken tenders in my basket but only got five. I didnt complain but probably should have said something. I think their tenders are the best of any fast food restaurants and the owner here is always friendly and courteous. I'll be back for more of their food as usual.

Where do I start best ice cream around I'm a big fan of the peanut buster parfait

Went in to use a Bucky Book coupon, and found a sale on small sundaes so we didn't need to use it. Thank you to the kind staff for pointing that out.

Food is on par with other fast food restaurants and the ice cream is really good. I had the Wild Alaskan Fish Sandwich and it was very good. The fish fillet was really good too. You can customize it, so I added cheese, onions and tomato. A really good sandwich! We also enjoyed the onion rings. The chili dog is just okay. The dog is a smokey dog, so if you like that you will love it. The chilli was terrific on it.

The cashier don’t even say nothing. He just threw me the food. No thanks, nothing. He’s the cashier I think he’s from India.
Just terrible. Don’t take my word for it, go to the drive thru.

I recently went to this Dairy Queen and I was disappointed. There were multiple flies in there and a leaf in my blizzard. I am not sure if this is a one time occasion but it made me not want to order from there. Hope this place can be cleaner.
