I have been a frequent customer of this location for quite some time and typically place an order about once a week, sometimes every other week. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I will no longer be ordering from this store.
During my last delivery, the driver did not knock on the door or ring either of the clearly visible Ring doorbells. Instead, the order was placed directly on the ground.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that there is a bench on my porch specifically intended for deliveries. The bench is directly next to the door, clearly visible, and has cushions on it. Most drivers who deliver to my address place the food on the bench if they cannot hand it to me directly.
Placing food on the ground when a clean and appropriate surface is immediately available reflects poor delivery care.
I order frequently from this location, and my delivery instructions often say “call when pulling up and I will meet you at the door.” On this particular order I simply forgot to include the note, but many drivers who have delivered to my address in the past are familiar with the setup and use the bench.
What made the situation worse was the store’s handling of the complaint. After reaching out, the store only offered a partial refund of $19.98 for a $27 order, refusing to refund the delivery fee or tip even though the issue involved the delivery service itself.
I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to attempt to resolve the issue, but the store still refused to provide a reasonable resolution.
It’s disappointing because I had been a consistent customer, but after the way this situation was handled, I will simply be taking my business elsewhere.

It has bubbles all over it. They didn’t want to remake my order after opening the box. They only wanted to remake the buffalo chicken because I requested that they remake the entire order. The employee said he is unable to remake the pizza and only remade the buffalo chicken. The pizza is disgusting and I asked the employee to remake it and he said there’s nothing wrong with the pizza and it’s perfectly fine. You guys can take a look at this photo and you tell me would you eat something like this. The employees also don’t wear gloves when they’re making pizza or anybody’s food that I observed and saw I suggest you guys fully review and analyze and observed this place if you order. I’ll never in my life order from here again.

My fiancé went in ordered us a pizza and breaded buffalo wings the pizza came out absolutely hard and disgusting burnt bubbles all over it and they refused to remake it for him. Then the Buffalo breaded wings were sloppily put onto the box looked like a mess do not go here they won’t even remake or refund you despite they’re horrible service and also to mention he observed they don’t wear gloves. 🤢

After waiting nearly an hour for pickup a few months ago (when the app told us 30 mins), we tried again today. Timing said 13-23 mins, but my husband arrived at 5 mins after the time frame to see our pizzas just going in the oven. I get the timing is done automatically, but this really stinks.
Now we will see if the order is correct, because last time it wasn't. Toppings were missing and the pizzas were cut poorly. Reached out to corporate and they said they'd pass along the feedback...sure they will.
Edited to add: toppings ate correct, but Centers of pizzas ate super thin, and none of our pizzas were cut well...

I did an online order for 6:15pm and tried multiple times to call store to change it from the pickup time. Go to store to find out their phone lines are down.
Well, apparently their internet is down too because I put in an order for a cheese and Italian sausage pizza but for some reason they think I ordered two pepperonis.
Not only that but then they tried to make me pay for the pizzas twice because they had the wrong receipt when I paid for it online.
At least I got my money back but will not be going back.

Wanted to give this location a try despite all the bad reviews they have. I got a large pizza, it was cooked well done & had no garlic seasoning like I asked. There was a good amount pineapple, but barely any pepperoni. Judging by other people’s reviews this location is very skimpy with their meat toppings. Someone please teach these employees how to put toppings on a pizza. Will most likely not order from this location again.

This is the worst pizza I have in my entire life it's been a while since I had Domino's. I brought the first time a chicken sandwich which was burnt and hard with a undercook chicken wings. Then they sent me a cold pizza a undone garlic bread bites and burnt chicken bites. This is so outrageous I'm done with dominos.

Pizzas came way over cooked the thin pizza actually was shattered like glass and was almost burnt and was missing it’s buffalo sauce and had jalapeños and we ordered it without , called and asked for a new pizza , waited for about an hour and it never showed. I ended up driving back to Cahill dominoes and nobody knew about it. I showed them the pictures of the pizza and they made a new one. I got it home and realized they forgot the bacon on it. We will never order from this location again.

I hate this place I don’t have a car so it was very inconvenient for me to call up to the store and request a refund. I had a play date, for my children, I really wanted it to be special. Then all of a sudden I had to cook something else when I spent my hard earned money , specially for the chicken Alfredo.

Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas, one Honolulu Hawaiian and one medium sausage, mushroom, & onion. The Hawaiian first of all had no bacon, and the other pizza had no sausage. Tonight I observed the staff get their orders confused and my pizza had been sitting in the warmer even though I was told it wasn’t ready yet. The app told me it was ready and I stood around waiting needlessly while my wife & 3-month old were waiting in the car. We are very disappointed with tonight’s quality of food & service. I also used the rest of my Domino’s points tonight. This will be my final order, going elsewhere going forward.

I’ve gotta say Dominos is the best. I haven’t ordered pizza in a while and 2 weeks in a row I have ordered and it’s been amazing. I can track the driver to see where they are and I can when it leaves the restaurant. The food quality is way better than the Pizza Hut on park st. I ordered from them a month prior and always sucks the food is always cold and delivery is more than an hour. I will always choose dominos.
