It's time I ordered I had to get in a debate about My food not being where it was claim to have been delivered to. I have a camera. Then I got criticized and shamed. So I gave them a second chance and My curbside didn't get brought out curbside. Then as I walked out the guy from the last time said how's it feel to have to come get it. I've called each time and been polite and just try to figure out what's going on. I have witnesses, I'd gladly record the call if you'd like or secret shop because there are two gentlemen working this evening at this location in Fitchburg to approximately 7:20 p.m. on October 20th and clearly have no respect for their customers. It's a shame

So, I saw all the bad reviews. But honestly I order from this location for delivery at least once a month and I’ve only had one bad experience. Most times they have been fantastic. Pizza is delicious and delivery has been as expected.

I ordered online and requested a certain time for the order to be ready. The pizza was done on time. It was well cooked and hot when I received it. I was helped as soon as I walked in and was in and out in just a minute tor two. Everything was excellent.

Devang needs to be taught how to drive again. I watched him make 3 round trips on the beltline before delivering to me. He also ended up taking over 40 minutes to arrive a few miles up the road.
Edit: I called the store and they ignored me when I said the food was cold and made a million and one excuses as to why the driver took a joyride. I hope this location get shut down.
Also the food is disgusting. Meat tastes raw and the veggies crunch like they are uncooked.

They turn off the curbside delivery timer so you can't get a free pizza if they don't make the guarantee

***My order was never delivered, and if I wanted a refund I had to contact corporate.****Order number: #169276 Date: 04/27/24 11:29pmIt was a Saturday night when I decided to order some food from this Dominos location, very very big mistake. I never received my order, not even a phone call or a text massage so I stopped by the store the next day and the first young lady who helped me did not apologized after I told her what happened, just said ''give a few minutes'' after a few minutes she calls another co-worker who then apologizes but states she's not able to give a refund, only her manager would be able to do so, so I leave my order info, phone number and such and after a few hours someone calls me but I wasn't able to pick up the phone call so they leave an empty voicemail, so once I call the store back and getting through the automated system then someone named ''Ally '' picks up the phone, I again tell her what happened, does not apologize either, places me on hold and after a few minutes I'm told that they cannot give me a refund, and the only way for me to get it was to call corporate, wow what a great customer service experience!! ****So I would advice you to please not order anything from this location or even Domino's unless you're willing to go hungry, pay for an order that you might never receive and, being told by the team members that basically is your problem not ours, so deal with it''Never ordering again!!

Ordered delivery waited an hour was still in “prep” on the app. Called the store, the team member was rude and said he would push the order through faster. Waited another 40 minutes it moved through and was in the “being checked” status right before delivery. Called the store 3x no one would answer. Drove the 10min to the store. Stood at the counter for 7 min before a team member came to help me. I asked for the manager. The manager came to the counter. I asked why my order wasn’t delivered yet, at this point it had been 2hrs and 15 min after the food was ordered. He said they were very busy, which I can understand to an extent. I was furious. Got back to the house, remind you - 10min from the store, the food was not even warm. I will be contacting headquarters. This service is unacceptable in my opinion.

Horrible store to order from, got my order completely wrong and I had to fight to get a refund for 2 weeks. Ordered online, there was NO ONE there when I got there and they still took 30 minutes to do my order. Save yourself the headache.

Did not answer the phone, and when they did they would just send the call to other lines that could not help me put in an order. Horrible service that deserves 1 star.

I placed an order online, received a text it was ready, and was told to “tap here for no line pickup”. I walked inside expecting to get my order from a pickup shelf/area or have someone ready to hand it to me. How convenient! Until I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the only customer in the store, without a single word or response to my greetings from any of the at least 8 people I counted working. I had to *yell*, not once, not twice, but three times, and after that I *barely* got someone’s attention. This might have been just servants low if it was busy, but it was not. So my “no wait pickup” took about 10 minutes with my food sitting on the shelf the entire time, the only customer in the store. Weak performance Dominoes. Very disappointing.
