I got a free sub for my birthday and thought I would treat myself to a lunch for work. I ordered a pick up for 12 pm and I waited for 30 min just to find out my sandwich was made and not put on the shelf. When I asked the first time, they just asked for my name and then didn't even check if my sandwich was done. They gave me a free sandwich for next time, but that does not make up for the 30 minutes I was away from work. I was also not the only one waiting for so long. The woman making all the pickup orders was so slow and my sandwich was pretty soggy by the time I got it. Definitely not my favorite Jersey Mikes location.

This was my first time ordering from this Jersey Mike's. I arrived on a busy Sunday around lunch time. I want to give a special shoutout to Sara who took and made my family's order. With a long line from a busy lunch rush Sara was flawless. Her fantastic attitude instantly improved my mood! She was talking, laughing and carrying on with customers while we waited and all the while diligently making multiple orders from memory . I have to say as a person who works in customer service myself (GM at a hotel group) this was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in quite some time even when faced with a large task of orders and quite a few people. Sara you keep rocking that awesome outlook on life, I want you to know it certainly did not go unnoticed!! This location is lucky to have Sara and because of her I will certainly be back. Thank you for the warm smile and good laughs Sunday, your customer service really stuck with me and I believe it should be recognized. If I could give you an award I would!

The staff here is so kind and professional. I was absolutely amazed by the service! The manager was so kind and patient with me and my friend who has special needs. Couldn't have asked for more. Food is good. Very rude. I was accused of ordering two sandwiches by the guy slicing the meat when I only ordered one. The lady preparing the sandwich was very condescending and raised her voice at me. Both employees rolled their eyes at me more than once. It was not busy. I can understand frustration in loud busy environment. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect, go somewhere else. I surely won’t return.

Great spot, the people are very friendly everytime I go. But whenever I ask for an add on they check me out and forget to add it. The past 3 times all I asked for was pickles and they didn’t get me pickles. I feel like I’m going insane. Still a good sandwich, but I live half an hour away and it’s kinda frustrating coming home with my food and realizing I don’t have what I ordered. Especially after a long day at work it’s pretty disappointing to be honest. I get people don’t think or make mistakes too. I’m not worried and that’s why I gave 4 stars
