Many places, including JM locations just like to slap the sandwich together quickly. She took the time to make sure it was well distributed and on the sandwich, best sub I've gotten from a JM to date.

The worker named Sarah was extremely rude to me when she asked how I wanted my sandwich and I replied with light Mayo. She yelled at me and then got another employee to finish making my sandwich. I was very kind.

First time at this new Fitchburg Jersey Mike's location and it was busy! I ordered ahead with the app and my sub was ready (so nice to be able to skip the line!). I ordered the #8 Club Sub without the red vinegar and olive oil. But last second I added the Hot Chopped Pepper Relish (free topping) and it was great! Not as hot as jalapeños, but soon much flavor. It reminded me of giardiniera. I really enjoyed this sub!Ordering through the Jersey Mike's app was easy and gave me choices to customize that I wasn't aware of. Plus you earn loyalty points towards a free sub!

I was in on Wed 2/21/24 around 2pm and the gentlemen working there had such excellent and personal customer service. I was having a bad week and joking with them made me smile and lifted my spirits. Jersey Mike's really seems to hire ppl w the best attitudes and the guys who were working yesterday afternoon deserve HUGE raises and recognition!!! I apologize I didn't learn the names of these two gems but I hope this message finds them and they have nothing but wealth and success in their futures!! Take care!!

Ordered a sandwich (GF) and it they were careful with cross contamination. Customer service was excellent. But what impressed me the most was how they handled and older lady who came in thinking she had called in an order there. But the order was taken at another store. The employees reassured the lady and said they would make her order there. No hesitation whatsoever. Great job!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.
Only decided to give this a try because I got a buy 2 giant subs get 1 free coupon in the mail. Overall, not coming back again unless I have coupons to make it worthwhile. Definitely not coming back to this store again if the same rude cashier lady is still there.Food is alright, comparable to Subway quality and nothing special.Service was lacking. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't know which order belonged to which person (albeit I visited during lunch rush on a Saturday so maybe forgiveable). However, the cashier lady was rude and very unprofessional. When I handed her the coupons, she was like "are you using all of them? If not why didn't you tear it off?" The whole time she glared at me like I'm stupid.Nothing special to note about the atmosphere, it's the same as a Subway.

Jersey Mikes in Fitchburg was the most accommodating and willing business to take last minute, day before order of 20 sub boxes! Amanda was extremely helpful and managed to work with us on our many changing requests the morning of the pickup. They went over an beyond in a crazy snowstorm and our snow plowing crews were so thankful for the food and raved about it with stuffed mouths. Kudos to you all!
