It's Jimmy John's. Sub sandwiches freaky fast. Let's just say they could slow down maybe a little, and then my sandwich ingredients would be more aligned. But still, it tastes great and the bread is awesome.

Two days ago, I had a less than ideal experience with this store. I ordered delivery. Not only did I not get the drink with my combo, but the driver left it outside my workplace for me to find, and did not come in the building. I only found out when a coworker found it outside and brought it to me.Now, the reason for my 5 star rating is this: I reached out to Jimmy John's about this experience, and the Area Manager for the Madison Jimmy John's location responded to me, apologized for the mistake, and offered me a free combo.I wasn't looking for free food (though I do appreciate it of course- who wouldn't). I'm also in customer service. I know mistakes get made and not everything has a happy ending, and I appreciate the quick response to me and the effort to make me a satisfied customer. I would whole heartedly recommend this location as well as Jimmy John's locations in Madison in general, now knowing that if a mistake does get made, they will take the time to make it right.

Order took nearly an hour. Driver could have apologized. Then when I tried to pay by card he got an attitude and when I complained about the poor service using language that I hear in the middle school my kids attended he takes off with my order. I worked out the payment by calling the shop (something he could have done) he brought it back and when my friend met him at the door she told he should get a thicker skin he repeated her address as if to threaten her. NOT CLOSE TO FREAKY FAST!!

I ordered the Italian wrap with the garlic herb wrap. Instead I received a flour tortilla and the whole wrap itself had no flavor or seasoning. All of this in addition that it took over and hour and a half for them to deliver it. I am very disappointed that I spent money for sub par food. I will not be coming back.

Food is what you expect from Jimmy’s, in person service is great but delivery is a little slow. Overall still great!

Vegetarian options: All subs can have meat removed and has a decent selection of veggies.

Parking: It’s in a small strip mall, the parking lot has around 20 spots, but is a low traffic parking lot.

Food was fine. Two small sandwiches, no drinks, no chips, nothing extra = $20 PLUS the screen asking for tips with no option not to tip? 15% tip was the minimum. I'm a great tipper usually, but seriously, if you're charging that much for a sandwich, you can pay your employees a living wage and not expect the customers to subsidize.

Wrapped a pickle in paper, all 4 sandwiches were mostly inedible because the bread is soaked with pickle juice and soggy as hell.

Whoever the staff is today(day after Christmas 2023), give them a raise. NINE MINUTES after placing my order, I had a fresh succulent sandwich in my hand. Damn near brought a tear to my eye ???

This Saturday night crew was top notch. They were ready to serve right when I got in the door and got My sandwiches made fast, made right and delicious. They were friendly, helpful, provided great conversation and just all around good people that made me feel really welcome.I saw the person after me got their sandwich super fast too!Not sure why the reviews aren't higher, I was almost even expecting less cause of the rating, but I was pleasantly surprised to see this crew definitely gives it their all to make this a really good Jimmy John's!Thanks for your hard work and great vibes!
