Left very detailed delivery note & CALLED and my food was left on a windowsill instead of calling me as I requested so I could come and grab my food. No mayo packets wish I could get my tip back. Then when I called back to complain they screened my phone call and didn’t answer. How rude
Literally the nicest people! I came in around closing time and just needed to know the address so I could order myself a Lyft ride home and they were so kind and helpful! Definitely gunna come back just because of them!!
They used to be reliable, but the past two times we've ordered, they've messed up our order and forgotten items. They've switched to using Uber delivery and that's when the issues started, for what it's worth. I'd avoid delivery and order in store if you want to make sure you actually get what you paid for.

Every time I’ve ordered delivery from here it’s taken over 90 minutes to arrive.
UPDATE: Order actually never arrived. When I called the person said “I don’t know what happened. I was about to call you.” We’ll see how long the refund takes.
I've ordered from this location many, many times, and up until this evening, the process has been seamless.
This evening, my order wasn't delivered by Jimmy john's, Uber delivered. I texted and called the driver with delivery instructions, and the driver refused to answer or respond to my many attempts even though the driver texted telling me they're at the delivery address. And, even saying they'll cancel my order.
This is unfortunate because now I'll never order from this location again.
Uber failed miserable, and Jimmy john's McKee Road Madison WI will suffer from it.

Update as I just ordered again and should have listened to my past review.
I ordred a sub for delivery and added vito meat at extra cost (plus other adjustments to the sub). My order was delivered a little later than expected, but the real issue is that the order was incorrect. Some of my additions and subtractions were not done, and the main issue is the vito meat was not added even though I paid for it. I called to see how it could be resolved because I was unable to find a way to mark the order as incorrect in your app. When I called the store associate who answered didn't admit to the error and repeatedly told me that it must have come from a different store, despite me tapping the phone number on my order in the app, the order in the app and on the receipt attached to my food saying Jimmy Johns #1683, 6231 McKee Rd., 608-275-7722. I then asked to speak to a manager and the store associate told me the manager was in the bathroom and they didn't "know that the manager would even be able to do anything." I insisted on speaking with the manager to find some sort of resolution and they told me that the would put me on hold and have the manager answer when he was out of the bathroom, and then I was hung up on. So, I drove to the store for resolution. I didn't see a manger, I don't know if the person who was at the front was the person I spoke with on the phone or not, but they acted like they had no idea and offered to remake the sandwich for me.
Even though I ended up getting the vito meat I paid for, I had to drive over myself to get it, which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery and paying a delivery fee, plus the tip for the driver, and the time spent waiting for my food was ultimately wasted because I had to go to the store anyway. The app should have a way to mark issues with order and a way to remediate them or offer some compensation. The staff also shouldn't hang up on customers.

I will not be ordering from this JJs again. The delivery service is horrible. I had to cancel my order tonight after waiting almost an hour for my food. I finally called the store and was told that they only had one driver and he was new and they didn't know when he would be back at the store to pick up my food for delivery and that it could be another 20 minutes at least.
I have had to call and inquire about my food almost every time I've ordered because I've always had to wait more than 30 min. for my food.
I understand that things happen sometimes, but they should not always be late and if it will be more than 15 min. for the food to be delivered then they should call the customers to let them know.

They’ve always been good quality and great customer service. I just realized you don’t have an option to tip when you order online, so I’ve been getting delivery without tipping! I’m so sorry to the drivers!!! It won’t happen again ?

Worst place, no one answers the phones. Would not recommend this place at all. Order took forever. Lesson learned, Firehouse subs is better.
We get takeout a lot and it's always consistent and ready to go when I get there.

I would give this place zero stars if I could.I would not recommend doing business here. They'll mark your order as complete but not actually deliver your food. It certainly wasn't fast service that they heavily imply that they're good at. If anything, it was really poor service.When I called the store, the employee was rude and told me I just needed to wait longer. I certainly won't be shopping here again. They're already late, and apparently, I'll be waiting even longer. If I even get my food at all, that is.
