Really good tortas. We had a steak and a Cubano, bot delicious. We were surprised with how huge their tortas are. One is easily enough for two people to share. It helps to know a little Spanish when you order.

The employees who answer the phone are absurdly rude. I’ve gotten cakes here for well over a decade and the service has gone to the trash. They get annoyed by one simply calling to place an order and they just hang up on you.

I went in on sunday for the first time, it's a cute place but the cashier was extremely rude. The bread is good but the tamales were not good. I won't be back mostly because of the cashier's rudeness.

It's rubbish, you can't enter the store if you come in a wheelchair, you have to wait for the cars that are parked in the fire line to be removed because you can't access the store.
We went for sweet bread we walked out with 20 bucks on sweet bread and a green salsa for dinner that night.
The sweet bread or pan dulce was ok. I say ok, because where we came from there was this bakery that was open till 1 pm and were constantly baking bread. And it was good. Really good. I mean o gained 30 pounds eating this bread all the time.
La Concha had a variety of pan dulce we for a couple different kinds, but honestly, there was no difference in flavor. Just a different shape. And everything we had was just a bit dry. There was a lot of merchandise there that we did enjoy seeing. Cream and cheese from central America which is nice to find. We've been searching.
I'll go back, of course, just not for pan dulce
