Went to get pizza around 8:30, place was locked up with open sign on. Says online place should be open till 10. I like Little Caesars but if the doors are locked the open sign should at least be turned off

Ordered online for a work lunch. When arriving to pick up, we were informed it was canceled. Employees refused to make our food, and we're rude.

Customer service wasn't that great call the order in the person on the phone was very rude seemed like he didn't care about the order or about what I wanted to order I asked him for the total he said he'll give me the total when I came in

I wish I I could give 0 stars. I placed an order for delivery, and waited an hour and a half only for my order to be canceled. I called support around an hour in and they were very nice to offer me a partial refund and update on my order. They said they didn’t receive my order in the first place even though I ordered through their website? The poor outsourced DoorDash driver was waiting there for about a half hour. I am left hungry with stores closing and a 10-12 day wait on the return of my money.

Eight straight occasions I have stopped at this Pizzeria and they have never had pizza ready. There's a big sign that says hot and ready pizza. On one occasion i asked why they never have hot n ready pizza between 4pm and 8pm like the sign says and the cashier rolled his eyes. For some reason if you do order a pizza it will be at least 20 minutes (for a pizza thats already supposedto be ready or cooking). Their customer service sucks, their facility needs to be deep cleaned, their pizza is mediocre. Zero stars do not recommend. Let me be clear Lil Ceasars is good, just not this one.

Both pizza’s were burnt and puffs were extremely burnt. Called 4 times, no one answers the phone. Then when they do answer they hung up on you. This not acceptable

Just got 3 pizzas, and the crust is the worst I've ever had, not cooked, and very spongy! Gross!This place just gets worse and worse

Over an hour and a half for pizza is absurd. I understand it gets busy, but be accurate with your estimates. Was told it would be ready in 40 minutes. Sat in the parking lot only to be told every time i came in that it was "going to be ready soon" easily some of the worst service and all for mediocre pizza. Wanted to give them a shot since i hadnt had them in a while. Never again.
