This is a great location. My only issue is sometimes, not always, they don't put mobile orders on the shelf or call out that they're ready. Sometimes you have to ask.

Online order never ready on time, understaff and very crappy quality of food. From cardboard meat to brown veggies. I’ve gave it multiple chances never a good one! I’m done with McDonalds. So many better places for the price.

I go to this McDonald’s often right now, due to the fact allied McDonald’s is getting remodeled. Everytime I go to McDonald’s I order an apple pie, every other McDonald’s makes sure to put times on them. This one however never puts them on and sells old Apple pies because they just don’t care. It’s happened too many times and I need to speak to someone about this because I have gotten sick from this exact place and situation.

Spent $6 for a s’mores McFlurry and waited forever for it. So long that by the time I got it it was 80% melted. I am delivering for Uber Eats so I couldn’t go back right away and get a different one. I had already waited an extra 10 mins for the one car in front of me. I called the restaurant to let them know that I will be coming back to exchange this McFlurry but nobody answered the phone. So back at the drive-thru. Asked very kindly for a new McFlurry or my $6 back and the girl rolled her eyes at me and the guy came up and said “I don’t know man. I don’t have any more ice cream.” I said “so you gave me MILK? Melted ice cream that’s been sitting somewhere melting? Then can I have my $6 back.” Again he said “I don’t know man…I can’t”
So I will be calling to speak to a manager in the morning.

I got rushed through an empty drive thru and my entire order was wrong. Hire people that speak english
I went to buy 2 happy meals, everything was fine until my children told me that the milk was acidic and I checked the expiration date and there were still 3 days left until the expiration date, but it was very acidic. I don't know if they forgot to refrigerate it because it wasn't good.
For the second time in two weeks This store#5736 gave me less food than I ordered, (I normally order a lot foods and it is easy to miss staff)first time I was missing 20 pieces of chicken nuggets, today whole meal of happy meal was missing, I was so pissed off that I have to drive 5 miles to come and get my meal, when I get home the happy meal that I got it was missing something like apple .it shouldn't be that way, they should hire people who know what they are doing
